I recently utilized Survey Hut for a house survey, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to receiving the final report, the entire process was smooth and professional.

Johnathan, the surveyor who conducted the assessment, displayed an impressive level of expertise and attention to detail. He took the time to explain the survey process and addressed all my questions, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout.

I took this company on after they surveyed my property, as I thought they were very professional. I then employed them to survey the property I was purchasing. The whole process was a good experience being informed at every step of the way, with good communication and a very clear plan of action via an online account. I would have been in quite a position if it wasn’t for Survey Hut, my survey was returned to me and it was full of information about work to be undertaken a very comprehensive survey, very thorough, very helpful, extremely informative, clear and most of all reasonably priced ( the most competitive in the market), with thermal imaging and a drone used in the survey and the report was back very quickly. They even gave an appointment to clear points up in which I was unsure about in the report, mostly the severity of areas of note? This was done via telephone. Rob Milne the surveyor was down to earth and had a brilliant attitude with me as a seller and a buyer. I would also like to thank Riz Saeed and all the team for their service, support, hard work and help during this report. Thank You. I will use this company again for sure.

Communicated with us through the process of getting our survey booked in and before the results report. Report was very thorough and even offered a follow up phone call if we wanted to go through the survey with them. Would recommend to everyone

We found the surveyor to be very good and the report he provided was very comprehensive. He followed up with emails asking if we wanted a telephone appointment in case we needed to go through anything that was brought up.in his survey. We had a level 2 plus survey with a drone also which brought up a few things re the roof and chimney which couldn't be found with examining the building from ground view. So we are now renegotiating the asking price of the property with the vendors via the estate agent

We got level 2 plus survey for the new property and James has been very helpful with a detailed report with pictures and also marking key points which we should consider to negotiate with seller. They are very responsive and will guide you throughout the process.

Excellent service from Survey hut from start to finish with booking with Riz & easy set up of an account to access the process of the report. Our survey report was exceptionally thorough, complete with floor plans clearly highlighting the affected areas, as well as labelled and numbered images. The service was professional and seamless from start to finish. We appreciated the step-by-step explanations provided for each room throughout the property, which made the entire process clear and easy to understand and Jonathan the surveyor took time in his busy schedule with a phone call to speak to us with any concerns we had about the property. And finally James communicated throughout and supplied a refund for an element of the survey that could not be completed.

Surveyor contacted me to ask a few questions then received a email the same day with an appointment.
Two days after the survey I received the report.

Survey was done at a high speed, told could take up to a month, was done within two weeks. Went through all details we needed looking at. And to top that Dave called me to go through anything I was unsure about, absolutely brilliant.
