Graduation cake never sent
Sent a cake for nephews graduation fed x I guess lost package I notified the company which they have no ph# for human response and was sent an inappropriate message to me then a day later an apology text that they were training (Dana) and I would recieve a full refund and a new cake at no charge? Graduation has come and go and no further contact from these place so I guess surprise is a good name will report them as well to the better business bureau. Horrible business

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We went there to get our car and start our family Italy trip and they woudn"t give us the car. They said we needed this special international drivers licence to get the car and since that was not indicated anywhere on the website we asked for them to explain. The manager there started yelling at us and told the other employee to not give us a car. Then when we were trying to talk to her she said and lied that she had a meeting and shut the door of her office. When we tried talking to the other employee to ask for help she got out of her office to keep yelling at us. She yelled at my daughter, my wife and to me and got racist by the end. She said and I quote "us italians listen when we travel, we are not like you Turkish people" she then started to teach us how humans communicate as if we were stupid and not know how to talk while all this time she was yelling at us. At the end we were so tired dealing with her she said that she is kicking us out and called the shuttle and said go back to the airport and do whatever you do, we are not giving you any car. Even tho we pre-paid for the car. I have never in my life met a ruder and aggressive person like your employee, a person you chose to have in a manager position. I would never recommend or use Surplus ever again and I will try my best for others to not get tricked into this company either.

Scam. I won a prize. Received a “fake-promo-code” to redeem it. Surprise - it was fake. After 9 months of constant communication with support they only just now 01-11-2023 literally 9 months after I had won said it was an error and offered me 1 of 3 prizes of much lesser value. I’d spent money trying to win a good prize and when I did I was given the runaround for 9 months and then was offered garbage for it. Scam stay away

Also sue them they are going to keep getting away with it because nobody is really setting fire under their butts . I don’t know this place never did business with them i just saw it on an advertisement just now and wanted to read reviews before I downloaded it. These are the lowest of the low, they charged me $99.99 every two weeks, till I caught it, then I called customer service, they cancelled my subscription. Don’t fall for this scam!
This is a scam, unfortunately I got sucked in as I love monthly subscription boxes and thought that’s what this was. Bad on me for not being more informed. Bad on them for being a trivia site that charges $39.99 per month- states you can open Surprises, match and win. When I started I was actually getting the opportunity to open surprises and even purchased a surprise for $19.99. Then the site froze and I had to reload the app and lost everything- including my $19.99 surprise. Contacted customer service and they say they are working on it- asked them to either send Surprise or refund my $19.99 they said they will not refund as it is past the introductory period- it was day 2! The newly installed app will also not give me the opportunity to open the Surprises therefore no chance to win- have contacted customer service many times and told they are working on it. Be smarter than me and don’t fall for this scam!

Stole £99.99 from my bank. These are illegal scammers. It is not a free game app. DO NOT download this app, as soon as you do they get your bank details via Google play account and start helping theirselves to your money in bank. Have gone to police and googleplay to get to the bottom of it all.
