I tried to track my prize claim found identical complaints across forums and the payment processor treated the charge as legitimate. It`s a textbook example of monetised promise rather than genuine reward

I noticed monthly debits from my card but I never received the prize. When I complained they apologized but did not return the money

My cancellation attempt was buried under screens of keep playing and win messages. It`s exhausting and unfair

Terrible company, massive hidden extra charges. Potential scam company. Also tried to charge me 520 euros for a tiny scratch when the car was already fully beaten up before I got it. Currently waiting for return of the deposit, given many lame and untrue excuses.

This company is an absolute scam. They lure you in with seemingly reasonable prices, only to ambush you with hidden fees and extortionate demands once you’ve booked and it’s too late to back out.

First, they bury in the fine print that you’ll need to leave a €1300 deposit—something they conveniently only emphasize after your booking is confirmed. Not only does it have to be on a physical credit card in your name (no exceptions), but if you don’t have one, your only option is to either forfeit your entire booking and payment, or cough up an extra €400. Yes, that’s right—either get ripped off, or pay to not get ripped off more.

And it gets worse. Drop-off is a painfully slow ordeal, seemingly designed to frustrate you into paying whatever they demand. No matter how clean you leave the car, be prepared to get slapped with a €100 cleaning fee, or they’ll refuse to return your deposit. It’s blatant theft dressed up as policy.

The staff? Incredibly rude, unhelpful, and clearly accustomed to dealing with angry customers—because this isn’t a bug in their system, it’s a business model. They operate with an astonishing level of hostility, as if doing you a favour by letting you be robbed.

On top of all this, I didn’t even get the car I booked. I was handed a clearly inferior model with no explanation or apology.

Bottom line: this company is a shady, predatory operation. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more with a reputable service—you’ll save money, time, and your sanity in the end.

A total fraud! When we arrived at the counter in Puglia they wanted to sell us an insurance when we had already taken out one and they wanted to charge us a deposit of 1200 euros when we should have paid 900. Today it has been 5 months and they still have not returned the deposit of 900 euros. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to intermediaries.

Total fraud. We made a reservation with full insurance for 2 week for a total of 211 euro. As we got to the desk the lady explaine to us that we do not have an insurance ad that she will charge us 1200 euro deposit only+ car cost. De deposit will be hold for 35 (21+14) days.
On the website the max deposit shown its 600. So if you dont have the 1200 on a credit card , she continued, the price will be much higher for the rental. We had to go back to the airport (at 22.00 ) in the night with two disable kids. Perhaps we tought that at least she will not charge anything if she cancel the deal. The day after we got charged the full initial amount... and there is no one we can call ant talk about it. Customer service are not replaing to email.. and we sent lots. Total brutal fraud.

I have over thirty prizes waiting to be shipped and it’s been over three months, I’ve reached out and have gotten nowhere.ive been playing for year and saved my gems and used them In the mall,and have put so much money into this app and I’m getting the run around. It was approximately around the end of August and begging of September.

If I could give -10 stars I would they change you for everything even after your membership fees are paid you can see who saw your profile without paying l, you can’t request a refund, after a gold membership you limited to a number of post a lot of the women come in say hi and haul ass to burn up your number of post. This company is a total scam. Never received my package! The tracking number provided show a delivery in another state! Offered me a 30% refund. Can't find a phone number to call! I got screwed. Will report to BBB but its a foreign country! Shame on me!!!
