The customer services are very helpful, and it’s very reassuring to know that they are only at the end of the phone if anything should happen whilst away from home. As a disabled person who can barely walk more than a few steps with sticks, I feel very vulnerable indeed. Sure wise is an essential service for anyone who has a scooter and I highly recommend them..

I find it extremely helpful when that reminder comes thru. I would never remember otherwise.
For a pensioner the cost is excellent and affordable especially when it does not go up every year.
