Very Helpful App
Today, one of the customer service reps helped me through some technical issues so I could open this app on my phone and p.c. I was so grateful for the help. I really like this app. I am a member of two book clubs, so find it so valuable to enrich my reading experience with this app. It is also very helpful to review the characters and themes right before book club so that I can have an intelligent discussion.

I love my bookclub
I love my bookclub, but honestly, not necessarily every book that is selected. I want to participate in discussions and SuperSummary allows me an opportunity to review those books I might be struggling to complete.The chapter analysis and thoughtful discussion questions really engage the reader.

Excellent Customer Service
After reading about the services offered by your company, I decided to sign up for the Plus plan. However, in my haste to begin, I mistakenly signed up and paid $36 for the Essentials plan. Upon realizing my error, I promptly emailed the company to inform them and request an upgrade to the Plus plan, along with the additional $24 required for the year. To my delight, they not only accommodated my request but also did so within a day of my email. This exemplifies the epitome of excellent customer service.
