I belong to 3 book clubs and it helps me get more out of the reading and contribute more to the discussion.

The summaries are in depth and understandable. The characters are outline sufficiently for the story. The themes are well thought out.

I tried SuperSummary and determined that although it's a great resource my book club experience doesn't merit this much information. I reached out to SS and asked for a refund. The response was timely and they honored my request for the refund. that was great customer service.

I saw an unintended charge on my PayPal account. I expected a long drawn out battle to have the charge reversed. Quick help from their team when I had problems processing my subscription.

Someone in my household activate the subscription last year. Customer service cancelled my subscription upon my request when I noticed it renewed.

I thought the book reviews could be a bit more in-depth. I am reading Ulysses by James Joyce. I found a resource with a more in-depth description for each chapter. I am enjoying SS, btw. Thank you.

Today, one of the customer service reps helped me through some technical issues so I could open this app on my phone and p.c. I was so grateful for the help. I really like this app. I am a member of two book clubs, so find it so valuable to enrich my reading experience with this app. It is also very helpful to review the characters and themes right before book club so that I can have an intelligent discussion.

I like it for book club books that I don't always have time to read.

I love my bookclub, but honestly, not necessarily every book that is selected. I want to participate in discussions and SuperSummary allows me an opportunity to review those books I might be struggling to complete.The chapter analysis and thoughtful discussion questions really engage the reader.

SuperSummary was a great resource for "The Sympathizer." Since I'd read the book many months before my book club meeting, the excellent chapter summaries helped me a lot. The insights and reviews contributed to a great discussion .

The summaries are well done and helpful in deciding whether to read a book or not. The character descriptions are helpful especially when there are many characters to remember.
