Really reliable and genuine company. I ordered more than two items, but one of them turned out to be the wrong model. It was a set of brake pads, and I had already opened the seal to try and fit them before I realized they weren't the right ones. Even though the seal was broken, they acknowledged their mistake and gave me a full refund once I returned the item.

Well i told my wife I needed to go to Superspares to pick up my order. She couldnt believe how easily and good priced I got my mazda parts. She thought i meant supercheap. So i believe Superspares will be up there very soon and il make sure i tell my mates about it. By the way click and collect is sooo easy, the staff are friendly, they help you and the process is quick. SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN😁😁

Unprofessional and frustrating experience. I paid over $200 for a part, only for Superspares to take 5 days to realise they didn’t even have it in stock. Then they sent a ridiculous message asking if I wanted to cancel and get a refund, as if I was expected to just let them keep my money for nothing. Very poor communication and a waste of time. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.

I’m a retired mechanic and I was looking for hard to get parts for a 23 year-old vehicle and Super spares have them on stock. I have recommended Super spares to my mechanical friends that are still in the business. There isn’t a rating high enough for this company. And Super spares post to a PO Box which is exceptional for us rural mechanics.

Placed an order for a set of Front and Rear springs and Front and rear shocks
Received an email the same day explaining the rear set of springs I ordered where defected and couldn't be sent out, but the issue was quickly fixed, was given the option to wait for the same springs or a free upgrade for a different brand of springs.
Decided with the free upgrade so I can get back to working on car sooner

What made it even better was the cost as it was affordable for me and with free shipping. Definitely highly recommend for others to use for car parts
