One of the worst online sellers I have ever had.
One of the worst online experiences I have had. They said they had stock and delivery was fast 10 day later after contacting them several times and asking for express post and being ignored I still haven’t seen my order.
Don’t wast your time with superspares.

The parts i was looking at online had a photo displaying items . As they showed items , they where different to the ones i needed. I gave them a ring to make sure they werethe items i required. The lady who answered , when i explained the problem,she went and checked on the item . Turns out the photo was of similar items that were for sale ...She explained that during the advertising process they just use 1 photo for all styles and the ones advertised for my car were the right ones for me .. She went above and beyond her job for me ....well done lady. Very impressed with her ....

As dodgy as the day is long, This mob state they have stock... then spin a story about coming from another warehouse- they just leave the bit about it being in China, something any Aussie could do themselves and deal direct, 24 days of nothing from this mob waste of your time, CA have been notified of this scam.
