The colour i picked in the photos and what arrived was way off..
trying to get hold of someone for a return them, was just about impossible..
having to up load photos of your hair extension before you can return them is ridiculous..
i gave up on customer service in the end and sent them back, and hope for the best i get my money back..grrr

2nd lot of hair i have had that has been terrible quality it is shedding like crazy after only a week i cant touch my hair without it falling out. This use to be my go to company but now its total crap

Good hair & quick delivery
Got them on a Monday morning, received on Wednesday. Pretty fast delivery and the hair is nice. This is the second set of clip ins I’ve gotten from them.
