Hii Neela,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the return shipping is costing more than expected. We haven’t had this issue before, so it may mean the courier company you chose was charging higher rates.
Happy for you to reach out to us via email to see how the team can help!
Thanks,
Superior Hair
The color did not match at all
The color did not match at all. I was going to return it and try a different shade but the company makes the customer pay for return shipping and does not refund/exchange until they receive it.
I will not order from them again.

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the color didn’t match. Like most companies, we do ask customers to cover return shipping, but we’re happy to cover the cost of sending the exchange back to you. We do need to receive the original product before sending out a replacement.
Please reach out, and we're happy to see how we can help,

This hair is trash
This hair is trash. It was already frayed at the top and halfway gone when I got it out of the bag. I wish I never spent a penny on it. I was so embarrassed to even show it to my stylist.

Hi Charlotte,
Thanks for your review, it saddens us to hear this as this is not feedback we receive everyday.
We are always open to customer feedback but in regards to your order, you ordered one of our most popular shades, this shade has completely sold out and we are yet to receive similar feedback like yours. We would love the chance to hear from you and see how we can improve our services.
I have reached out a few times but I am yet to hear from you, please get back to me on info@superiorhairextensions.com with some images if you can, so we can look into this for you!
We are committed to resolving this issue,
Thanks,
Superior Hair Team X

The staff are so friendly, they explain what is right for you. Maintain and best way to look after your extensions. Even when I asked for advise on what would look best and cost and length for a mix of lengths. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
