I like to say I encountered three perfect tech products in my life. Sunsama is one of them. I thought about how to manage my life in general, not app specific, and came up with a view changes I would like to implement. Using what I learned, I made a list what a perfect tool for me should have: not just time but task management, a small window that shows the status (Even possible to change between pomodoro and the whole planned time for that task! This window is a game changer but also found elsewhere), daily planning, weekly planning, prioritisation, rolling over bigger tasks over days/weeks with subtasks... the list goes on, I dont remember entirely. I was sure I had to work something out with plugins and using multiple apps but then I found Sunsama which is just the perfect tool I imagined. I searched for alternatives because 20(€) a month isn't chaep but eventually chose Sunsama because it is worth every penny. I give my highest recommendations. Trust me, try it!

I love when an app or service has a trial period. I've tried Sunsama and I loved it so much! Unfortunately, the subscription price is high for me, but I completely understand the logic behind such pricing. Still love their newsletter and blog

As a consultant who works with multiple clients who sometimes want different project management apps and different corporate email/calendar setups it's invaluable

For me, it's basically a daily "execution planner" for tasks I keep in a collection of different project management and office tools.. so I can have complex projects tracking in jira, and simpler things in trello or something else. and I can have multiple calendar accounts with events that all matter.

This app pulls it ALL into one place that you look at right at the start of the day and you basically pick and plan what you will do that day, and see it all populated in your day calendar. no more "what should I work on today" head scratching or worrying if I've forgotten something important.

Sunsama is an incredibly high quality "universal inbox" type tool. Pretty amazing in how it's able to pull together tasks from a wide variety of pipelines for me (e.g. Trello, Email, Jira) into a unified place, and then allows me to calendar them. Really awesome for my workflow.
