Great shopping experience & good range of products
Second time visiting Sunnamusk at Bluewater and the staff are always so helpful and attentive. Good range of products and I can always find what I’m looking for with their help. Service here just feels more genuine and welcoming, I’ve been to the one in Westfield as well but it unfortunately wasn’t the same experience. So will definitely be sticking to Bluewater from now ☺️

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and attentive. She was also able to suggest a great fragrance using the oils and perfume. I went in looking just to purchase an oil and came out with a perfume and oil set. She also allowed me time to look at and smell the products without being over bearing and just trying to make a sale. When need she offered advice and information about the special promotions. She was very good

Excelled themselves in Bluewater
The person who served me was really helpful when I couldn’t remember the name of the scent I saw on an email. I explained it to her and she knew exactly which one it was. She gave me a tester and I was more than happy to purchase. It also encouraged me to buy another scent for my wife too.

Siddika and colleagues were amazing
As always, Siddika was amazing. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Every time i have been there, she has been so helpful. All the staff at Bluewater were polite, never came across as pushy snake oil sales people to buy anything, gave space for us to decide at our own pace. This made the buying experience even more rewarding. Golden Dust oil is very good and long lasting.
