Always great service

Always great service. No other place that I have used is able to verify shoes before they send to buyers. Will continue to use these guys.

Excelled themselves in Bluewater

The person who served me was really helpful when I couldn’t remember the name of the scent I saw on an email. I explained it to her and she knew exactly which one it was. She gave me a tester and I was more than happy to purchase. It also encouraged me to buy another scent for my wife too.

Great experience.

Would have been a 5 but…

Would have been a 5 but some items were damaged. Granted it was only some of the tins which didn’t affect the actual products but if it was for less understanding person, they would have not been happy about it. I let it slide on this one occasion.

Excellent all round.

The help I had from the pop up shop in Trinity Centre, Leeds was excellent. They gave great advice, and really supported me in understanding the different scents. I made a purchase from them and another since online. Very impressed with the fragrances and will be purchasing again in the future.

What an absolute joy to deal with!

What an absolute joy to deal with these guys.

Myself and my wife drove over an hour as she had wanted some boots for a while. Once we arrived, I asked the very polite guy if he could help and he couldn’t have been any more help if he tried. He was FANTASTIC! All questions answered, many pairs of boots were tried on and his expert help was never far away.

Now although good quality cowboy/cowgirl boots are expensive, any good quality footwear is. It is a case of getting what you pay for. The guys in the store know the boots are not a flash in the pan purchase and really appreciate the money you are spending on them.

Thank you to all the staff but especially the chap who helped my wife with hers. That’s her Christmas prezzie sorted for 2024!

PS - thanks for the help deciding on a hat too - even got a compliment off my wife!!!

Wireless cable upgrades are a must…

Wireless cable upgrades are a must folks. If you buy a wireless system, you need to invest in a good cable too. The cables that come with the systems really are only good for tying your bike up with. You spend good money on all the other bits but the system will only sound as good as the worst part.

So this was a near perfect interaction…

So this was a near perfect interaction with BRSK if it wasn’t for the time taken to resolve. I am happy to say though that the outcome is exactly what I was hoping for. I don’t believe it was Shamweel’s fault but managers further up the chain so feel free to blame them mate 😁

One thing I really love about BRSK (other than the speed and reliability) is that it seems all the staff know each other and you can be sure that you can have a conversation with one person on one day and continue it at a later stage safe in the knowledge that they know the context.

If you aren’t sure if to take a shot at a company that is relatively small compared to others, I’m happy with the service and more than impressed with the product itself.
