Sunnamusk Bluewater Visit.
I Visited Sunnamusk Bluewater on November 1st 2025
I was immediately greeted by Siddika at the door.
I had a rough idea as to what Ouds I wanted with spice and citrus and floral notes.
Siddika immediatey pointed me to Oud Aristo And Oud Splendor which matched the fragrance profile that I desired immediately.
She is one of the most passionate people I have met with respect to fragrances and she is very down to earth and approachable.
Siddika has vast knowledge as to all the products sunnamusk offers and Siddika could answer all my questions when it came to Silage and notes.
it's great to see such passion especially when I share the same passion for fragrance.
I would highly recommend a visit to such a lovely company with such lovely staff.

Sensational service
Sensational service, and customer care, wonderful attitude from staff, very knowledgeable, beautiful collection and display the 2 ladies that served me, (apologies I’ve forgotten there names) were so lovely and chatty, definitely an asset to the shop and the company. Five stars isn’t enough — SunnaMusk Bluewater (Greenhithe) is a vibe.
I popped in for a quick browse and ended up having the best retail experience I’ve had in ages, thanks to the three young ladies on the counter. They didn’t just sell me a scent they saw me. We chatted, they remembered me from 6 months ago, asked about my life, my style and where I’d be wearing it, and we were laughing so loudly I’m sure half the mall heard us (worth it!).
Their recommendation was spot on: I now get compliments everywhere on the plane, in the street, and from my husband who’s completely obsessed. People stop me to ask what I’m wearing. The fragrance is elegant, long-lasting, and genuinely memorable.
Exceptional service + impeccable taste = a customer for life.
Thank you, SunnaMusk Bluewater team you made my day and upgraded my signature scent. These are the types of employees that create loyal (for life) customers. I was so happy.
