Had a very positive experience with summit. The sales process was straight forward, and the price was competitive compared to others. Was kept up to date throughout. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Would recommend for anyone interested in leasing a car.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and I am extremely pleased with my new car.

I haven’t had good experience with Summit Drive.
Lack of communication and promises only. No customers caring . It took one month to do the pre inspection check. I had no idea when the car is going to be delivered, just a day before delivery date.
The worst thing was that the car was delivered without Registration number plate. The car is still on my driveway until the number plates posted to me.
This is supposed to be a professional company in leasing market. I expect to get compensation for this delay. I am paying for the lease cost but unable to use the car because of their ignorance and lack of commitment.

Summit offered a great deal. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my next car.
