Whole experience was 10/10.
Got me a great deal on a Golf R in Nov with a jan/feb arrival. Chose my model, extras and was made from factory. Whole process was smooth, the team at summit kept me updated, and communication was fast. Car got delivered today and i couldn’t be happier.
Already thinking about using summit again when my lease is over in 2 years because service and peace of mind is everything to me.

This is the first lease car that I’ve contacted to and I’m delighted with how easy and straightforward the process was. The staff at Summit were very professional and knowledgeable and steered me to a deal that suited my budget. I would highly recommend to family and friends to Summit for a car lease.

Everything was so clear and well explained and any questions asked were answered promptly and clearly. The staff were very friendly especially Luke and Cerian. The whole car lease process ran through so smoothly and effortlessly by these staff members. Will definitely be coming back in the future

Just taken delivery of new vehicle today and the whole experience been a pleasure. From initial contact with Lisa everything has been dealt with promptly. Other staff involved in dealing with various aspects of paperwork and delivery have been friendly and efficient. All in all a great team and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone in the market for new wheels.

I had googled lease companies and after speaking with Luke at summit drive, he was able to provide me with the car I was looking for, a brand new ascot grey volkswagen t-roc, even down to the type of wheels. The price was very reasonable, not much more than my 10 year old financed Audi A3, which I have now replaced. I have had communications with Michelle, Cerian, Debbie and Ed, who have all been friendly and helpful sorting through documents and getting the car to me as soon as possible. My delivery driver was lovely, shown me how to use the car, especially as I have never driven an automatic before, went through everything in the car. I was also asked by everyone if I have any questions, and they made sure everything was correct before any agreements were made. Very happy with the company, and will be wishing to renew in a couple years time for another new car with them!

This was my first experience at going into the lease car market. Summit drive made it very affordable and easy. Every member of staff were excellent, extremely pleasant and very helpful. They helped me through the process thoroughly, and kept me up to speed with everything.( Especially Lisa and Debbie)I know it’s early days, but if the trend continues the way it has been then top marks and I would definitely go back to them, all day long. Thank you Summit for getting me a higher spec car at a lower price and making it an enjoyable experience.

Great service from the team. I was in contact with Luke who helped with my enquiries and order. The deliveries team also did a great job. I was kept updated throughout the process up until I received the vehicle.

Ordered a VW T-Roc . Within 10 days the car was on my driveway. The entire summit team were absolutely brilliant from start to end .

Easy to deal with and informative and helpful too.
Very good offer on the vehicle concerned. No real hard sell either.

My last four cars have been personal contract hire, and I stumbled across Summit via google when searching for my next car deal. I have to say they have been absolutely first class and the deal for my VW Tiguan was £30pm cheaper than going to VW direct, even the terms we agreed ticked every box for me (18 month deal & 1 month up front).

Everybody I spoke with were super friendly and professional, however special mention goes to Grace, who I found it easy to build a good rapport with right from the start. Grace is very approachable and couldn’t do enough for me, also every time I had a query it was answered in depth and in good time. Cerian from deliveries also really easy to talk to and really efficient with responses!

Delivery process spot on and car arrived bang on time with no issues.

Would I return? Absolutely. Obviously it goes without saying that I will always shop about for best price, but for customer service alone, I will definitely give Summit first chance/refusal.
