Used Summit Drive on a business car lease and the response times and service from Luke, the sales advisor I dealt with was great. The follow up team then dealing with the delivery were also responsive and friendly. From securing the deal to delivery was turned around in 6 working days!

Found my dream car online, and spoke with Lisa who was efficient and helpful. She honoured the price I had found and even stated she could perhaps get a little more off the price! From there, it was plane sailing! The car arrived within the time scales I was told. It was handed over to me, in the most professional manner and the whole process was amazing. Very efficient service, started by offering the best price I could find for my new lease vehicle. Very quick to respond to email and phone. Finance documents all sorted in minutes. The new car arrived a few weeks later with a call from Summit Drive to make sure I was happy. Fantastic service, would use again.

Absolutely fantastic service ordering my new car from Summit. From the initial contact with Lisa I was kept informed of options and never felt pressured or harassed. As apprehensive as I was dealing with a business I had not visited and never met anyone, I have to say I was very impressed from deposit to delivery. Even the delivery was earlier than expected, and was very prompt on the day with great communication too.
