I kept seeing adverts pop up for sugarhill Brighton, I’d never heard of them before prior to these adverts. Ordered a jumper in two sizes for choice. Arrived the very next day, this is what real next day delivery is!
Quality of jumper is fantastic and the detail of the design is fabulous. I returned the unwanted size via Royal Mail with a returns label. This was during the Royal Mail strikes. Package got held up but I was given a refund as soon as I provided proof of postage. Fantastic customer service - thank you.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this company!! Jumpers are fun and well made. Customer service is excellent as well and I love that they donate towards planting a tree with every order. Keep up the great work!!

I've got a few things now from Sugarhill. The delivery is fast! The items are brilliant, and customer service second to none. I returned 2 items to them over christmas/royal mail post strikes, and they never arrived, but Sugarhill refunded me anyway, using my proof of postage. No messing, and done fast! I've purchased a number of jumpers and dresses from Sugarhill Brighton over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of the items, ease of purchase and speed of delivery.
One item in my most recent order had a fault so I got in touch with the lovely Emma in customer services. I really couldn't be happier with the service I received. Emma emailed me all the details I needed to return the item and has already arranged a replacement to be sent. There is absolutely nothing more that she could have done for me.

The clothes are amazing quality - especially the knitwear. My Dad worked in fashion and always compliments the high standard. Customer service is exactly as you'd want, helpful and friendly. Really can't rate Sugarhill Brighton enough; I always get compliments when wearing their clothes. And packaging is all eco friendly - no plastic!

The dresses I ordered are lovely, as advertised and great quality, and arrived in good time considering all the strikes. Unfortunately one was too big, but Sugarhill were great - providing an extended returns period over Christmas and providing a ready-to-stick returns label in with the order. Couldnt have been easier!

I forgot to put my 10% discount code down on my purchase from Sugarhill, I sent email explaining what I had done, my email was promptly answered by a lovely lady called Emma, who reimbursed for my 10% this sort of attitude makes me want to shop on a regular basis with this company, because they obviously care about customers.

Brilliant jumpers that are a bit different to your boring plain jumpers, lovely material and perfect fit. Have definitely bought too many but couldn't decide between them so had them all!

As a new customer I bought a few items before Christmas and kept all but one which was promptly refunded on 28thDecember. I ordered some co-ordinating items on 22 Dec and received them on 24th Dec. I kept 8 of the nine items bought over 3 orders because the fit was very accurate and the quality was actually much better than expected. I will definitely shop here again especially for joggers.

I was a bit concerned about receiving my order, due to the postal strikes, but after some communication with Emma, she reassured me I would receive my order within 14 days. True to her word, it arrived on the 14th day.
I absolutely love my festive dinosaur jumper, and with the great design, proves a dino is for the New Year, and not just for Christmas.
The dress is fab quality, lined and the pattern is great. I can't wait to wear it.

Unbelievably helpful and amazing customer service. I spoke with Emma on the phone and she corrected my silly mistakes without any fuss! Clothes delivered so quickly and the clothes are brilliant quality! Will remain purchasing from sugar hill x
