I really like both these brands and was very excited to purchase yet another product as a result of this exciting collaboration between Stutterheim x Lyle & Scott. The raincoat however was not of the best quality. When asking for a reparation or a new version, Zalando suggested to only cover the price of 25% of the cost.

To be honest, this is ridiculous. And we no longer want to support either of the brands or Zalando. If long term customer loyalty means nothing, than so does our perception of the brand. Very disapointing as we were so loyal to begin with.

We had already ordered other products, but will cancel these as well.

Poor quality products. I bought a lightweight rain jacket based on the company's reputation and thought it would be a long lasting piece, it wasn't. I live in a not particularly rainy location so I use the jacket maybe 4–5 times per year.

This year upon taking my jacket out to use I noticed it was literally falling apart. The grommets around the draw strings have both come unattached. The fabric around two if the front closer snaps has also started to break and come off.

I contacted the company and was told the warranty only covered the first three years. BEWARE! They don't expect their jackets to last much longer than that time period before they fall apart. Buy different and buy better!

My contact details were wrong on the order, so the returns portal won’t work. I’ve emailed them a few times but don’t hear back

I bought a raincoat, women's XL size. The hood is so small, it doesn't cover my whole head, when it rains, my forehead, my whole face and my glasses get wet. My husband bought a men's model and his hood is a normal size. I feel so humiliated when I have to wear it. Horrible! Fabric and everything else is great

Can't breathe in it (either too hot or too cold).
Poor craftsmanship and is vulnerable to moisture stains within a few hours of getting wet.

For the price, you expect so much better.

liked my coat, but the stretch fabric on the boots came unstuck the 3rd time wearing them on both shoes, so not brilliant on quality.

I buy a stockholm raincoat all black with some black opal stripes on the arms like 3 or 4 years ago and it still in good shape!
The coat is good quality. Stylish.
For shure it dont breath like a northface rain coat or other outside gear brand because stutterheim made their rain coat with rubber so I already know that fact and be aware of that!

Just decide to order a second coat today! I order the Kalix Parka for the spring and the begenin of the winter.

I cant speak to the quality of the products but I ordered an item and it looks way larger than on the pictures so wanted to return BUT
this is their returns policy:

I am sorry but what company makes it this hard to return something. I wouldnt bother ordering again. Who still has a printer. Print invoices? This all sounds dodgy and makes life unnecessarily hard for everyone. I guess they are trying to dissuade people from returning stuff.

Sadly I've only worn twice. The first time was when it was raining and on return home I discovered all my clothes were saturated as was the inner of the coat. I assumed it was because I was carrying a back pack, however today I wore the coat without backpack or rain only to find on my return home my clothes were again wet. The coat is essentially useless as I am getting wet from the inside out.
I want a refund but given its been worn I'm not sure I can go down that route.

I bought a raincoat 2 years ago, and this year noticed that it had torn under 1 armpit (where the material was glued and not sown). I emailed the company with photos and asked if they would consider sending me a replacement, and they did! In a really quick, simple and efficient manner. I am impressed and will recommend them.

It’s a decent raincoat but feel the money is not worth the quality that is promised. It’s warm and waterproof but the fillings have started coming off with few weeks of wearing it. The zipper to gets stuck and it’s a hassle to open and close the jacket. Had high hopes so disappointed at the quality. Not going to buy one more and not going to recommend.

I purchased the Kalix parka and was surprised by the very fast delivery. I orderd on a Friday evening and had the parcel delivered on Tuesday morning already (Sweden - Germany). The item is, in my opinion, of very high quality. It is the perfect piece for a stormy and rainy day on the coast. However, I don't think it is the best choice for everyday use like in the city or for a ride by bike in the rain. For me personally it is too heavy and the hood was very stiff and difficult to handle. Eventually, it is a stylish parka for challenging weather conditions. I have decided to return it and so far the process is going smoothly. The refund will be made within 14 days.

The jackets arent very good quality or comfortable.
Really sweaty unbreatheable and generally uncomfortable.
The jacket leaves the wearer soaked in weird smelling sweat after more than about 10 minutes of wear.
Way over priced brand.
There are better equivalents at Sports Direct for about £50.

I ordered a coat last month. Unfortunately, my coat never arrived. I've had back and forth emails, all vague with someone called Stefan for 14+ days. The coat cost £116 and obviously not receiving it has caused stress. I'd expect better customer service even if the fault does land with the courier. Disappointed as the coat did look lovely!

First time I wore this coat in the rain, water collected in the pockets and leaked onto my pants. It was lucky I didn’t have a phone or wallet in the coat pockets. Basically, you can’t use the pockets and the coat will not keep you dry.

What the actual fugg?!

It's been 4 weeks since my order and..

Nothing.

On Apil 22nd I got an email claiming "your order is on it's way" except it never left the warehouse, according to Stutterheim.

And according to Stutterheim, PostNord (who is impossible to reach) delivered the order to an unmanned access point and has "asked the shipper for more information" and then..

Nothing. Again.

I've now asked them to cancel my order and set up a refund and this is where the clown music starts:

"We will refund you when this order is reported back to our warehouse."

THE. ORDER. I. NEVER. GOT.

What an absolute shitshow.

Please hire a supply chain person, who can fix your problems.

This raincoat is very beautiful design but it's very poor quality. I ordered the Mosebacke in desert green and wore it in the rain and it was a terrible experience.
The cut design of the pockets and bottom edge of this raincoat is completely impractical and it seems that the rainwater was always allowed in so my thighs and pockets got wet.
The hood of this coat came off easily and my head and face felt like they were just taking a light shower.
I am very disappointed that there are still companies in this day and age that do such unscrupulous business.

I bought a 'Stockholm Winter Matte Jacket', but have been unable to remove the plastic/rubber smell that was originally present in the coat. I have given it a wipe, a spray with Febreze, and hung it outside for hours. But it hasn't made much difference. It also easily picks up other smells, so much so my friends have even commented! I'd already sent back one earlier purchase of this coat, as the zip was on the wrong side (!?) and there was a tear in the fabric. Not great quality control.

It is a nice looking coat, I'd like to rate it higher. But having emailed Stutterheim with my feedback, and having got no reply, it's not acceptable.
