Honestly, I'm utterly disappointed with Stüssy's customer service (after sales). I wear Stüssy since the 80's and have always loved it. I placed an order on 6 September and on the confirmation it says delivery via DHL. NO updates, no details on my delivery, no tracking, no response from Stüssy! Extremely irresponsible. This business will soon go buzz if such inferior service continues. Is DHL going around the world with my package?? I'm wondering if this Stüssy website is legit!

I ordered something on 8/20, the money cleared my bank on 8/22. I’ve just to receive a shipping notice and the customer service chat is a joke. They provide automated responses when I want clear answers so when will this ship. It’s now been 19 days since I’ve ordered and I have no way to escalate the issue. The email and chat options do not resolve what I need. Horrible service and no way to get help.

The worst customer service ever experienced. The parcel went missing, but Stüssy just tells me that they can’t help me and that I have to get in contact with my bank. Seriously? Do not order here! Misleading and not worth to operate as an online business.

I use to be their shipper 10 years ago! They in business because of the ridiculous sales to the Japanese industry, the Japanese love their levis, sun-in spray, and anything with the stussy logo. I think of mossimo when i think of stussy, but hey isn't fluorescent clothing on its way back?...oh yeah and there use to be this shop for all you Huntington Beach oldskoolers...good ol' Shipley's where you get your velcro belt Jimmyz shorts and your Billabong bad billy shoes. My hats off to this company for still killing' it! STAY IRIE!

Bonjour, nous sommes aujourd’hui le 11/07/2022 et depuis le mois de mai c’est à dire maintenant 2 mois j’attend toujours mon remboursement pour une commande qui a été retournée par l’expéditeur.
Le service client répond une fois sur 2 et est
très incompétent.
Site a fuir, je ne recommande absolument pas.
Vous ne recevrez pas vôtre produit, en cas de retour le remboursement prend minimum deux mois et le service client et très incompétent.

Der Kundenservice reagiert die Hälfte der Zeit und ist sehr inkompetent. Website zu fliehen, kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Sie erhalten Ihr Produkt nicht, im Falle einer Rücksendung dauert die Rückerstattung mindestens zwei Monate und der Kundenservice ist sehr inkompetent.

It blows my mind that a company that has been around as long as Stussy has such trash service and horrible shipping times. How are they not out of business ? Ordered a shirt over a week also and still no shipping update.

I bought a crewneck from STUSSY.ca, they of course were very happy to charge my card ASAP, but never heard back from them. No confirmation email, no tracking number, nothing. I tried emailing stussy support but they just brush off the situation and told me to call my bank. My bank confirmed that the payment went through and yet Stussy are not able to refund me or send me my product. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Ho acquistato una t-shirt sul sito ufficiale e non l’avessi mai fatto! Tempi per la spedizione lunghissimi, imballaggio a dir poco pessimo, la t-shirt senza cellophane protettivo è stata messa dentro una busta tipo quella della spazzatura e poi spedita. È arrivata tutta spiegazzata e sporca. Da evitare assolutamente!

Why y’all Stop making XXL sizes?? Wouldn’t y’all want tall or athletic build people to wear and rep your clothes?? What a loss.

I love this brand. Quality and design is topnotch.

Inaccurate sizing - ordered a tracksuit in size XS, the top is too small and short on the body/arms and the trousers are almost oversized (I am a womens UK8-10). Usually its the opposite for me and I am a size up on the bottom. I checked the sizing guide online but doesn’t match up to what I received so now I have to pay international return postage because of this.

If I remember correctly, Stussy was originally made on a beach which the creator signed people t-shirts, his signature looked so good that he started a brand and now it's a statement of attitude of streetwear.

UK buyers beware - stussy.co.uk is NOT a UK website despite its domain, being in £, in English, etc. I ordered a pair of Huarache shoes size 9 assuming this was a UK site but was sent a US 9 (UK 8) & had to pay international shipping to return. Total cost to me of them sending the wrong size of £22.50, no acceptance of any responsibility on their part.

Maybe I should have read the returns policy (site was closed before the drop & then everything selling out in moments, so not exactly practical). This is not a scam, it’s just lousy customer service & a really poor online experience from a global brand.

It’s all fine when people want your brand, but Stussy will have no customer loyalty with an approach like this. Poor.

I ordered a limited edition shoe. So far so good. At the time of delivery of the parcel, the non-existent address event appears in the courier's tracking. I will immediately contact stussy's customer service, which tells me that it is the fault of the courier and that the package will be sent back and that I will receive a refund. To understand how it was possible that the courier had not found the address, despite the correct contact, and magically it turns out that Stussy had not entered my house number! At this point I get even more nervous, because previously they had blamed the courier, who had none at all. They simply have people so incapable that they can't even copy an address completely. I thank DPD who managed to add the house number and continued the delivery.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this shop, in my case they forgot the house number, next time they could forget the whole street ...

Absolutely the worst website to exist. They shut the website down before the release instead of just adding the product onto the website. I go to add the item to cart and the button is doing NOTHING. After tapping about a million times it finally adds to cart and places me in a line for 5 mins just to say sold out, yea no wonder I was tapping the add to cart button for the first 5 mins!!

Sito molto bello con vestiti stussy originali e con spedizione non troppo costosa. Ho preso una felpa e mi è arrivata dopo neanche una settimana.Piu che consigliato

I ordered a longsleeve stussy shirt with dragons on the back. What i got was entirely different from what i ordered. I tried to contact with their customer service but I still don't get a response. This is unacceptable! I got the wrong order and can't even send it back for a refund?! I'm never buying anything from that site again!

Total ripoff. Ordered a size m, got xxl. Won't answer emails. Beware of online purchasing. No customer service
