Truffata ho scritto alla casa madre e hanno accertato la truffa e chiuso il sito , ora devo bloccare la carta

Ordinata felpa, arrivati occhiali... State alla larga

un sito scrauso e tarocco, si sono tenuti i soldi e mi hanno inviato un paio di occhiali taroccati al posto di una felpa stussy e la consegna troppo lunga.
Non ripeterò l'acquisto

truffato, ordinato una felpa e maglietta oltre 100 €, arrivato paio di occhiali di plastica falsi. Dietro il sito stussy italia cercato su google c'era una ditta cinese che consegna.

Sono stato truffato!! Ho ordinato due felpe per il valore di 140€ e nulla è mai arrivato.
Non comprate su questo sito, è fake!

Ho fatto un acquisto su stussy italia, i soldi li hanno presi, ma l'ordine risulta dopo 6 giorni ancora ''pending'' e alla email di chiarimento nessuno mi ha risposto. Temo di essere stato truffato, attenzione!

Non fate assolutamente acquisti su questo sito. Si tratta di un sito straniero "amazoods" che si nasconde dietro il sito di stussy italia. Io purtroppo ci sono cascato e ho ricevuto un paio di occhiali rayban ( falsissimi) anziché la merce ordinata.

Stussy has recommended itself as something between luxurious brands and typical mass market ones.
but, it's worth noting that clothes quality, tissues they use are always top-notch. I can wear their t-shirts for a very long time and they don't even lose their trade dress.

Stussy is garbage!!! Through tiktok I ordered 2 Go-Karts and they took my money but no one will respond to my email I have no tracking number and I'm just ass out. It's been over a month with no word at all forget ur company it sucks

Direkte dårligt . Jeg har nu 2 gange bestilt en t shirt som var (!!) på lager og får så en sms 2 dage efter at de ikke sender den! Og at ordren er annulleret. 2 gange nu! aldrig handler jeg der fra igen

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter. It cost £45 (yes, I know, £45 for a t-shirt!) and £5 shipping. However, upon receiving the t-shirt, it was too small. There was no option to exchange, even though there was a bigger size available, so I had to return for a refund.
I began the returns process (they only give you a 14 day window), and could not believe how mean this company is. You have to print the returns label yourself (so you better have access to a printer), but before you can print the label, they deduct £5 from your refund.

Of all the products you can buy on the internet, clothing and footwear are the trickiest to get right, even with good sizing charts, etc. Most companies charge something for delivery, but have a lower threshold than Stussy (you have to spend £150 with them to get free shipping!). Some companies offer free shipping or discount codes to incentivise customers. £5 is a lot for a t-shirt that was packaged in what was essentially a recycled card envelope.

Most clothing and footwear companies, aware of sizing difficulties or customers not being happy with the items they have chosen when they receive them, offer free returns. Many will even include a free returns label with the order. It's one thing to lose the postage costs, but to be penalised a further £5 for returning an item, is terribly bad customer service. Effectively, I have lost £10 on the whole transaction (i.e., I have only been refunded £40, but spent £50).

I have subsequently ordered this t-shirt from another retailer, who offer free returns. I shall not be using Stussy again.

They sent me the Stussy x Nike sweatsuit. The pants fit fine, but the sweatshirt is too small. I asked to return it. Stussy said that collaborations were not returnable. I am stuck with a sweatshirt that is way too small at XL. They should have been willing to work with me.

Absolutely disgusted. Placed an order for Christmas gifts. With plenty of time to spare. Didn’t receive an email about shipment until December 15th. But the order didn’t actually get to UPS until the 19th. Now tracking shows deliver on the 27th. Not doing me any good. For the amount they charge for clothing. You would think they would have their act together. So disappointing for my children

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Believe all the other reviews about Stussy. You get no confirmation email, no status on your order, and it's impossible to get answers. I wish I had seen the reviews here before placing my order. Don't order from Sussy and expect to get a delivery. They have figured out how to collect their money quickly and you have to dispute the charge on your credit card to get it back.

Thieving and Crooked! Stussy customer service is a complete atrocity to deal with, and furthermore this company is crooked and unethical. I returned a purchase meeting all return guidelines and received no refund. I had to relentlessly chase customer service through emails/chat providing all of the same return info and still they claimed my item could not be found. I finally sent a screen shot showing it had been returned over 10 business days prior for them to admit they had it. In the end I finally received a partial refund not inclusive of sales tax.

Also, Jonathan the chat agent lacks the competence to use a tracking number/basic function of his eye balls.
