I have just had a conversation with Imran and he was extremely courteous and although Stuart Turner no longer make the item I need replaced, he advised me on who I needed to speak to and the item I needed.

I opened a brand new Showermate today, and notice a piece of plastic what I believe to be broken from part of the horizontal that runs between the two outlet pipes. If broken the guidance states contact Stuart Turner. I have so far been waiting 4hrs 30 mins to get through, going from 6th in the queue to caller no 1. There is now 5 minutes to go before Stuart Turner close, and I believe the writing is on the wall to say I will not get through, but will be cut off at 17:00 hrs. What an introduction to Stuart Turner, 4hrs 40 mins in total and they cut me off. Words fail!

We had an issue with a pump so rang in to enquire. The phonecall was dealt with very professionally by Imran and a solution was offered very swiftly and rectified much sooner than we thought may have been possible. Top service.

I was very happy with Eddie McCreadie.
His dealing with this matter was pleasant and patience, and eventually a nice guy Morgan O'Sullivan replaced the pump for me.
However my own plumber told me at the very beginning that it was a faulty pump,
I was asked to make so many changes via your emails and zoom call before it was replaced that I had to pay my plumber three times, he told me each time that I was just being put through extra expence for no reason.
The pump cost €600 and should be more reliable for that price,plus my plumber is coming to me for almost 50 years so I totally trust him , he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about.

However I'm glad it's working now.

Very clear and simple instruction given to solve an issue , very helpful. I would highly recommend these guys in respect to their customer care.

The trainers were excellent, and I learned a great deal during the session. There were some products I wasn’t very familiar with, but this course helped me gain a much better understanding of their functions and how they operate.

We purchased a Stuart turner monsoon shower pump, brand new from eBay. When I rang them to register for warranty I was informed that as it was purchased from eBay they good not give a warranty as they had no way of knowing where the pump had come from Which I fully understood. The next day I received an email saying that as a show of goodwill they will register the pump and gave me the full 5 years warranty. They advised on not buying any products like this on eBay.
We are very grateful to them for giving us this warranty. The people we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Eddie in Tech Support was very helpful and diagnosed the problem in my shower pump quickly. Spare parts were delivered quickly and fixed the running on problem.

Polite helpful and instructive help was given to install the correct pump for my shower unit. A replacement part was also supplied because of faulty connection.

Great training day, well worth the journey. Very informative and good to hear about new products.

I recently had need to contact Technical Support and Eddie was excellent in dealing with the questions I raised regarding a recent Monsoon 3.0 bar installation.
Eddie passed on additional information regarding sound proofing and installation recommendations as well as other pump options.
The Monsoon 3.0 bar was replaced with the 2.0 bar and it is more than adequate for our household arrangements --- and much quieter.
The Stuart Turner range of pumps and back up support is second to none. Excellent build quality too.

..........And that is exemplary after sales service , both on the 'phone and in person .
I am not a plumber , but I now have three Monsoon 3.0 twin pumps , so when there is a problem , I have a fairly good idea of what it might be . With the assistance of Jason and Turk at ST , the problem was very swiftly cured under warranty , in an extremely professional , pleasant , courteous and efficient manner .

Absolutely awful customer service, a new £650.00 ‘Monsoon’ pump which directly replaced an exactly identical model had stopped working after 1 month, contacted them to repair through the warranty agreement and suddenly they are attempting to squirm their way out of the guarantee - simply unbelievable, a shadow of the company they had once been, just another firm gone to the dogs in the name of profit making, sadly.

The training experience was a great insight into Stuart Turner.

The trainer Adam Turner was informative and engaging. His explanation with the limitations and increased water demand gave serious food for thought especially when properties are being refurbished with additional and/or upgraded bathrooms. He was very patient with our questions, particularly in highlighting the difference between their own brand products and others’.

If Stuart Turner employs people such as Adam then it truly is a leading booster pump company. The support offered to installers is comprehensive and as an independent installer knowing you have this support helps to find a successful outcome for installations.

We discovered our Stuart Turner Showermate pump had a leak a month or so after the warranty expired. Contacted the company initially be email but then advised to chat with Tech Support. Spoke with Muhammad who was super polite and helpful. Although it was out of warranty they agreed a replacement pump as a good will gesture and provided additional fitting instructions to aid its performance (if not already that way). New pup put on for next day delivery. Fingers crossed we have no problem with this one
