Dealt with Helen tomsett to use my warranty for pump replacement and it was a great experience from start to finish was all sorted quickly and efficiently and a simple system to work through. customer service was exceptional

I spoke to Jason Acock about my shower pump because we were having to wait for the water to come through the rose. I was asked to send photographs of the installation of the pump as directed by him. I received, what was a shocking report based on fact, which included the measurements of what all of the pipes should be for optimum purpose and detailed documentation. Due to this information, to avoid the possibility of flooding, I now need to contact the Plumber to install said pump correctly.

So recently I have raised my concerns regarding a Stuart Turner shower pump purchase I made. I made this purchase as I was replacing a fabulous shower pump that had served me well and I was putting my trust back into the Brand. My Concerns eventually reached Jason Acock at the company. Jason's call was a fantastic experience. Not only did he thoroughly check our setup, but from the ClipVideo experience he could diagnose and advise accurately. Importantly, this gave me satisfaction of knowing I was being advised correctly and my concerns were listened to. Jason's patience and diligence was exemplary, so BIG thankyou for that. This experience left me without doubt that Stuart Turner are prepared to go above and beyond for their customer base. That is a very valuable quality to have. Quality service with Quality products.

There website warranty registration was first down then failed to recognise my pump serial number so I had to phone and send several emails. So far (2weeks) the shower pump is working fine

We bought a Stuart Turner shower pump to replace a Stuart Turner pump that had failed after 2 years. Sadly the new one failed at 8 months. Both bought at Toolstation. Upon returning the faulty pump ( just running but not switching off) having run through all suggested problem solving we were told they couldn’t replace. Toolstation was very helpful in ringing the help line that was very unhelpful to the point of rude trying to suggest it was our fault/ plumbers for incorrect installation. No assistance whatsoever. We have now bought another brand after such poor service. Don’t waste your money on this brand.

I recently installed 2x i-boost for a big client of mine in the Kent area and a gent called brad who covers the area went above and beyond to ensure my process was as slick as possible. He visited the site, surveyed the properties, spoke to the client ensuring the products would fulfill their needs and then ordered the products at a merchant for me. Brilliant service cheers brad

Rang up to register monsoon pump for warranty, and got great support from Eddie McCreadie in the technical team to set it all up…..happy with professional service

Had a problem with an old pump hose. Initially spoke with Muhammad Turk then Jason Acock, who were both extremely helpful in sorting out the problem.

Outstanding support. Despite my pump being end of warranty Jason was proactive, polite and made every effort to help me resolve the mechanical issue with my pump. I could not be happier with the outcome! And it is plain that Stuart-Turner are driven to keep improving the quality of their products as they were very keen, despite this issue being a one off, to understand the problem so that they can prevent any reoccurrence!

Not a great company. No one answers the phone or emails. The web page contact section is confusing with no email address just things like ths listed what3words location: amicably.reds.airbase. I have attemted to make contact through our murchants such as GM Treble and BSS and neither have had success. This was a order to place but unfortunately its created more work for me and will ow sauce a pump and tank from another manufacturer.

Had an issue with quite old Monsoon Pump. Very prompt answer when I called their customer support. Was listened to and advised what part was needed, where to buy it and they emailed installation instructions. First class service.

Helen was really wonderful, friendly and listened to the issue I had, then walked me through the steps to test the pump and then agreed the pump needed replacing, I could not have asked for better customer service, Helen is a credit to Stuart Turner LTD.

Recently had an issue and the replaced it quickly and tech help was very good

What a positive experience both my plumber and myself spoke to Helen what a lovely lady. My shower pump had started leaking and my plumber terry spoke to Helen about a replacement my input was sending the pictures. We agreed the replacement would be sent Thursday two days after initial contact. It arrived promptly on Thursday. Amazing service.

I have had a problem with my pump which goes off intermitently i have been speaking to Eddie who is very helpful and pointing me in the right direction.

Apologies but I can't remember the agent name but he was VERY knowledgeable in Stuart Tuner products

I had a problem with a Stuart Turner pump that had been incorrectly installed. The specialist who responded to my enquiry went out of his way to be very helpful in diagnosing the problem and suggesting remedies. He conducted an on the phone assessment using my video input and then followed this up with detailed documents on how to fix the problem, together with a list of approved installers. A superb service.

iBoost v200 only 3 years old and the pump is leaking
Called Stuart Turner and they don’t sell parts for the pump unit, only the complete pump unit and it’s over £800
Clearly just needs a seal replacing but they refuse to sell the spares which is wasteful and profiteering
Will not be installing Stuart Turner products for any more of my customers, much better booster systems that are more reliable and sell you spares when they do break

“Not serviceable due to the nature of the design” BS, not serviceable so you can hose people for more money. The things bolted together, of course it can be serviced! I can strip a gas boiler down to every single component part and repair it I can certainly repair a pump you just don’t want to make the spares available

Called the technical help line with a problem with a shower pump. The problem was dealt with effectively within a few days.
