Quick delivery
Ordered at the weekend and my purchase arrived midweek, much sooner than I had expected due to the current delays in postage (and I'm not mainland UK) - very happy with how prompt delivery was!

Error made but fixed by customer service
I ordered a weighted vest which looked like it came with more weight. It arrived with less weight and when highlighting this to customer services, they immediately sent me additional weight at no charge. They would normally sell the additional weight for over £50.
Never an issue if a mistake is made, its all about how the company rectifies the error. On this occasion the right way, kudos to stronger wellness.

Thank you for taking the time to write us this excellent review Pardeep. I'm sure it will assure potential customers to have faith in us, knowing that if we make a mistake, we are more than willing to go the extra mile to rectify it. Thanks to you flagging this up, we have changed the wording on our website now, relating to the Hyperwear Vest you bought, and it now states that the vest comes with the basic weights, but you can order a booster pack to supplement the overall weight. We hope you are enjoying your fitness regime Pardeep! Keep well and S7Rong.

Weights and bench
A very swift, efficient delivery.
The bench is of good quality and I am delighted with the bar and weights. The bar has an excellent grip and the weights have a pleasing similarity to the Les Mills equipment I have used in gym classes.
