Comfort and warranty
Showroom people were helpful but not pushy. We were able to bring samples of the covers home which was very useful.
Delivery people very polite and efficient.
The chairs are extremely comfortable and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for a modern non bulky recliner.

My stressless sunrise recliner arrived…
My stressless sunrise recliner arrived today, it is everything I hoped it to be.
Find the chair most comfortable
And belief that my body which is riddled with arthritis will benefit and make my life more comfortable.
I know it's only a few hours of using the chair but I can feel the difference

A Plus for Stressless
The product appears to be of good quality, both in the construction and the furnishings. Both chairs and lounge comfortable. The wait time was explained at the time of purchase and arrived on time. Navigating to warranty was not clear and the time out was a little short when completing.

Delivery was on time and everything was what it was expected to be.Chair was set up properly as agreed at point of sale. We opted for pick up collection and the process was a breeze. I have been enjoying the chair immediately following collection.

Good customer service, good delivery. Register of warranty was unsatisfactory as my chair is an Admiral medium, but not in drop down menu. Had to register it as a Aura instead.

Bought the Mayfair stressless chair
Bought the Mayfair stressless chair. So uncomfortable and would not recommend. The upper back and neck is so overstuffed that it pushes your head forward causing neck and thoracic pain. Regretful purchase. Buy at your financial peril!

We did arrange for a technician to come onsite and inspect your recliner to ensure there were no manufacturing faults with your recliner. They have since confirmed there are no faults.
We would recommend contacting the retailer where you purchased your recliner from for further options, including optimal sizing & fitting options.

Stressless Fiona 2.5 seater couch poor quality
I purchased 12 months ago a Stressless 2.5 seater Fiona leather couch in olive green. I live on my own and noticed 12 months later that one side of the couch had significantly deteriorated. They refer to this as puddling, significant creasing in the leather. So many friends have commented on this and suggested I submitted a warranty claim via Sofacraft in Richmond with photographs of the couch. I was extremely disappointed with the reply from Stressless head office sent stating it was normal wear! A one sentence reply.
I waited 5 years to buy this couch and had my last couch for 15 years. For a $4000 couch I would expect a better quality product and a product warranty which addresses the issue. Other friends own Stressless leather furniture and have been very happy with the quality. I would not recommend Stressless furniture and in particular their leather couches

Zero stars
I am giving Stressless one star, only because I cannot give them zero stars. I bought two Mike recliners, which were delivered in perfect condition in plastic bags within huge cardboard cartons. They were connected to power and charged overnight. Next day, the chairs did not function properly and all of the lights on the control panel flashed. A reboot as per instructions was attempted, but this did not function as indicated. A letter of complaint was sent to the retailer and their service has been wonderful. After 10 days, Stressless sent a technician who had to, with my help, take both chairs apart to reconnect the power cable from the control box to the headrest motor.
This had been overlooked when the chairs were manufactured in Thailand. Both chairs now operate as they should. Stressless / IMG Thailand must do better and test all functions of the chairs before they are shipped to the customer.

We received notice from the retailer of the issue with your Mike recliners on the 27th August and immediately raised a service request with the local technician, who then scheduled an appointment with you for the 2nd September, just 5 days later.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this situation caused you but are happy that the technician was able to resolve the issue for you immediately.
Stressless and IMG are 2 separate brands with separate production facilities and uniquely different quality & material standards and testing. More than 95% of the Stressless product portfolio is designed and more importantly made in Norway, with only a handful of models made in Thailand to allow for quicker fulfilment of a select few products, including the Stressless® Max & Mike which are exclusive to Domayne.
We appreciate your feedback and will pass this onto the factory.
