Custom made and delivered in 4.5 months - I reckon that’s pretty good.

Bought the Mayfair stressless chair. So uncomfortable and would not recommend. The upper back and neck is so overstuffed that it pushes your head forward causing neck and thoracic pain. Regretful purchase. Buy at your financial peril!

I purchased 12 months ago a Stressless 2.5 seater Fiona leather couch in olive green. I live on my own and noticed 12 months later that one side of the couch had significantly deteriorated. They refer to this as puddling, significant creasing in the leather. So many friends have commented on this and suggested I submitted a warranty claim via Sofacraft in Richmond with photographs of the couch. I was extremely disappointed with the reply from Stressless head office sent stating it was normal wear! A one sentence reply.
I waited 5 years to buy this couch and had my last couch for 15 years. For a $4000 couch I would expect a better quality product and a product warranty which addresses the issue. Other friends own Stressless leather furniture and have been very happy with the quality. I would not recommend Stressless furniture and in particular their leather couches

I am giving Stressless one star, only because I cannot give them zero stars. I bought two Mike recliners, which were delivered in perfect condition in plastic bags within huge cardboard cartons. They were connected to power and charged overnight. Next day, the chairs did not function properly and all of the lights on the control panel flashed. A reboot as per instructions was attempted, but this did not function as indicated. A letter of complaint was sent to the retailer and their service has been wonderful. After 10 days, Stressless sent a technician who had to, with my help, take both chairs apart to reconnect the power cable from the control box to the headrest motor.
This had been overlooked when the chairs were manufactured in Thailand. Both chairs now operate as they should. Stressless / IMG Thailand must do better and test all functions of the chairs before they are shipped to the customer.

Coming to the showroom was definitely the way to go! Polite and knowledgeable staff made selecting my Stressless recliner an easy and “stressless” experience.
The delivery was timely, and on the day we were kept informed of the arrival time. The delivery men were careful and competent through the narrow doorway.
Excellent service all round, and I would recommend Strictly Comfort at Cremorne to anyone looking for Stressless products.

We had a very pleasant experience at the retailer that sold us the chairs, the sales person was very informative and helpful. The timeline was exactly as they had said it would be and the delivery was excellent. We love our chairs they are exactly what we wanted and they are so comfortable.

So far we are very happy with the chairs. Elegant and comfortable. Pleased with the amount of leather care that has been provided. It was very easy to register the chairs online.

Pleasant experience in follow through and support from Stressless and their retailer Strictly Comfort following the original retailer being placed under administration post order. Neither missed a beat and product was delivered to original schedule. A truly stressless experience that could have been anything but.
