Strathberry produces the most elegant, classy handbags and wallets. Their quality is impeccable and I am so pleased with their products. Shipping is extremely quick even if some come from the UK.

I ordered a bag 11 days ago with '2 to 3 days shipping' and still have not received the bag. The team are 'awaiting an update from their warehouse'. Delivery service is unfortunately very poor.

In love at first visit
First I saw the shop in Edinburgh, but I missed the time to visit there, so I browse if there is a branch in London. When I knew that there is one in Burlington Archade, I have to go there. I came near the shop closed time, and all the staff there very helpfull and accomodate me to browse and buy my 1st Strathberry bag. All the goods that available there are very nice both from design and quality. Definettly will purchase another bags when I visit London again

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you made the time to visit our Burlington Arcade boutique after discovering Strathberry in Edinburgh.
It's lovely to know that our team made you feel so welcome and helped you find your very first Strathberry bag. We always want our customers to enjoy a relaxed and memorable shopping experience, and we're so pleased we could be part of that special first purchase.
Thank you for your kind words about the design and quality of our collections. We truly appreciate your support and can't wait to welcome you back the next time you're in London. We look forward to helping you find your next Strathberry bag!
Fun! Special items!
When I walked into the Strathberry Store in Ecinburgh (Multrees Walk), a sales associate greeted me immediately and asked if I wanted help—which I did, because Strathberry bags are so beautiful, and I was there to buy. She helped me find the bag I wanted and got the color combo I wanted from the back—I didn’t have to beg to see colors other than those on diplay. Also, there were some accessories I saw in store that I may not have purchased online—a sunglasses case, a scarf specific to that store, and a pouch that I got initialed there. Shopping there also was fun because of the special scarf and the woman there painting initials on pouches—so fun! Once I purchased, the sales associate offered to tie the scarf on the handle in the way I wanted it. It was marvelous.

I researched the Mosaic Nano for weeks…
I researched the Mosaic Nano for weeks before deciding it was the one, then not-so-subtly hinted to my husband before his trip to England by DM’ing him photos of the exact bag.
Thankfully, he wandered his way into Strathberry, where a lovely associate helped him choose the perfect one: the Sand Mosaic Nano with the burgundy scarf to match.
It is classy, beautifully made, and truly feels like luxury that whispers. No loud logos, no trying too hard, just thoughtful design and noticeably excellent craftsmanship.
I’ve alrwady took her for a spin as a top handle on a nice date night, but I’m also loving wearing it as a crossbody when I’m running errands and don’t want to carry a big tote. It is elegant, practical, and special all at once.
This is one of those pieces I know I will wear for years to come. The only unfortunate thing is now I fear I’m hooked and want another.

So pleased with my birthday present
My husband was buying me a handbag as a birthday gift and I chose the Midi Tote as it was the right size and had a classic look I felt would last. It was delivered ahead of schedule and I love it. The closing mechanisms with the magnetic fasteners and gold bar makes it really secure. It has space for my phone, purse. umbrella and a hairbrush but not so much space that it ends up too heavy!
