Faulty order / contacting customer service
Beautiful bag , however the strap arrived missing the clip.
I have emailed customer service directly and then contacted them through the service on the website.
Still waiting on a resonce or atleast an acknowledment / ticket to show my messages have been recieved .
Really dissapointed with the service l, especially considering this is a luxury brand.

Shipping was fast and arrived without any delays. The bag is beautiful, elegant, and well made. It’s a little smaller than what I’m used to carrying, but it’s perfect for evenings out or any occasion when I only need to bring the essentials. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Awful customer service ruins a good product!
I like the tote, but their horrible customer service really turned me away from ever ordering from the company again. They would not honor a price adjustment even though I was still within the return policy. I showed proof that others have gotten a price adjustment and Emily said that sometimes they can make a discretion. That basically just told me I wasn’t worthy as a customer.

Good product, a tad bit overhyped/overpriced
2nd purchase from Strathberry 👜
Bought the Nano Tote just 2 days before the additional 10% discount, which was disappointing, as I may have opted for a different bag had the offer been available.
The bag itself is GORGEOUS. Perhaps slightly small for something in this price range, but the craftsmanship and quality are flawless, as always.
My main issue was the FedEx delivery. It took far longer than expected, there was very little tracking or communication from Strathberry, and the shipping box arrived damaged. Thankfully, was only the outer packaging (inner box and the bag itself was fine).

Midi Tote Boucle instant shedding
Midi Tote Boucle:
I used this bag for about a week and wore it cross body. I noticed almost immediately that the fabric was pilling/balling up and that strands were coming loose making the exterior of the bag look messy.
I asked the Strathberry team about this and after a few emails where I provided pictures of the damage they told me that this was expected wear for a bag of this type.
I suggested that they might want to mention it in their description so that other buyers of this relatively expensive bag might want to know about the surface issues.
I would've sprayed the surface with a protector before wearing it and not worn the bag crossbody if I'd realized it was not meant to be used as an everyday bag.
I have several Strathberry bags and I love them but this one was a real disappointment.

I ordered my bag on Thursday. It arrived in western Canada on Monday! It is beautiful bottle green. The bag is excellent quality and a nice size. I love the cross body wearability of the strap. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience. Will be back for more!

Beautiful Design, Inconsistent Quality
I wanted to love this brand, but my experience has been mixed.
My first purchase was the Georgia bag in January 2026, and it was a real disappointment. The bag was not as advertised, and after two exchanges, customer service finally admitted there was an image error on their website that misrepresented the product. I ended up returning it.
A few months later, I decided to give the brand another chance and purchased the Mosaic Nano. I genuinely love the design, the size, and its elegant look. However, when I received it, I noticed that one corner of the back panel appeared to be made from unusually thin leather. For a bag at this price point, it felt as though lower-quality leather had been stretched because "it's just the back."
After 3–4 months of normal wear, my concern turned out to be justified. That area has become noticeably more matte, wrinkled, and aged-looking than the rest of the bag. At first, I wondered if I was simply being too picky, but several friends and colleagues agreed that they would have returned the bag if it had arrived in that condition.
Overall, I do like the bag and still enjoy using it. However, for a premium brand, the quality control has been disappointing. Between the misleading product photos on my first purchase and the leather quality on my second, it feels like corners are being cut where they shouldn't be.

Ordered item stuck in Belgium
My order was placed on 6 Jul, and up to now, today is 16 Jul, I still havn't receive my bag, and the bag was purchased for an event next week. On the shipment tracking system, the parcel is currently stuck in Belgium and has been for the past week. I have called FesEx, and still no updates. Very disappointed!
