I ordered a bag 11 days ago with '2 to 3 days shipping' and still have not received the bag. The team are 'awaiting an update from their warehouse'. Delivery service is unfortunately very poor.

The bags are beautiful
The bags are beautiful. I love them. Other positives: Good website photos and videos; responsive customer service and fast delivery. Would love if bags went on sale more often or more discounts (perhaps for loyal customers) were offered because I love the bags.

I felt really welcomed at Strathberry Store in Edimburgh
I felt really welcomed at the St Andrews Store in Edimburgh. The Store saleswoman who attended me (I believe her name was Hannah, but I am not Sure) was Very kind and she showed me all the Mosaic Bags on Sale , as I had asked her. She let me try them and helped me to choose one. She noticed I was really excited to buying my First strathberry and I realized she was genuinellu happy about helping me. The experience was delightfull, the package was carefully settled. Most of ALL, the bag is perfect! Actually I didnt buy the one I had liked the most , because It wasnt on Sale, and for that , when I converted the price in to my country's currency, the diference was importante, more suitable for my First purchase. I told her we dont have Strathberry in Brazil, but she said you could post to Brazil. I probably will buy again, another time, on line. The Store was beautiful and the Bags are stunning. The salesweman were Very friendly and attentive

The girls in the store were super helpful in showing us styles that we liked. They gave us space and time to wear them around the store and let us try out multiple styles and colors. My daughter and I both brought back a Strathberry to the US and we are so excited about them!

I purchased an East/West croc embossed…
I purchased an East/West croc embossed black leather bag which looks stunning but is so heavy even empty that it’s hard to put on your shoulder. Won’t be possible to use it much. I ordered on 21/07/26 with order no#256891 and had it delivered to 24Fettes house, NW8 9SU London as I was there till 31. Back in Canada with a bag which is disproportionate in n size to the metal chain which digs into the shoulder due to the weight of the bag. Had it been half a leather and half metal chain it would have supported the bag better. Just a suggestion because I now seem to be stuck with my purchase.

Disappointing product quality and…
Disappointing product quality and contradictory customer service. I recently purchased a handbag. Upon arrival, the leather on the handle was severely peeling—a major structural defect for a brand marketed as luxury.Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. Chat support told me the item was out of stock/ no longer an active item in the catalog (hence, buying again is no longer possible), while Messenger support stated a replacement is available. Meanwhile, email support has completely ignored me. Chat support failed to find a compromise. From the beginning, we do not want a refund as my wife really like the bag. However, I feel like I am being given an unfair ultimatum: accept a damaged bag at full price or return it for a refund. Maybe they want us to personally pay for a professional repair ourselves should we want to keep it? For my wife that is a long-time admirer of Strathberry who finally decided to purchase, this lack of care and quality control is highly unprofessional. I feel very sad for my wife.

Defective Bag
I have 7 bags. Six of them are great but the Green tote I own which I have had for 4 months has started to loose its shape. The side are Boeing out and most annoying the magnets won’t keep the bag closed.
I’ve contacted customer services and none of the pictures seem good enough. I’m told to send more.
How can I show a photo of a bag not closing.
I thought I was a valued customer, I still waiting on them to get back to me on how to proceed, I’ve been emailing back and too all week.
The photos clearly show the bags distorted shape which is why the magnets won’t stay closed.
The bags are not cheap and I’m do disappointed.
Update Emily took over and got the label sent to me. I have now returned and had a refund

Opening a Strathberry parcel is like…
Opening a Strathberry parcel is like Christmas. Beautifully wrapped and you can just sense the care and attention that went into it, along with a card confirming the name of the quality control person that had personally overseen your delivery.
The bag itself is pure joy. Like vanilla leather butter. So beautifully made and the interchangeable straps ensures the bag works well as a clutch or shoulder bag. It really is stunning.
I’ve bought this for a wedding and it looks amazing with my outfit. Just what I needed and another excuse to add to my collection.

Defects affecting the apperance
While the bag is pretty and looks strong, the white nano mosaic I bought had noticeable dents in it, stemming from poor stitching, making the surface of the bag not even. I sent an e-mail to them about this experience but they did not respond as fast as when I placed my order.

Disappointing so far
Disappointing so far - I received an email to say the package had been shipped on Monday and was due for delivery on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday, I’ve just checked with FedEx, it seems they are still waiting to receive it. False information from Strathberry……. Disappointing - no response as yet from customer service either by email or telephone (line busy, only option was to leave a message)
