Decent for summer classes. you will def need supplemental learning sources though. after watching youtube lectures, the short videos on straighterline made wayyy more sense.

Worst I've seen
I started with the nutrition course and it was just awful. If you are really interested in improving see the email I sent you with screenshots on how the quiz was so off and so wrong.

This school has a very good program but…
This school has a very good program but the part of grading students like in class 11o1 I think they are very demanding and the teachers do not agree for example I did one and fixed what a TA teacher graded me and I fixed what she asked me and then another RPZ teacher reviewed it and told me that what I fixed was wrong which another teacher sent me to fix that has been my only problem with this school but everything else I give it 100

The log in process is awful and it regularly tells me my credentials are wrong, when I try to reset my password I don't receive an email and it generally takes me 5-10 minutes to figure out how to log in again.

Poor Platform Experience and Unhelpful Support
I’m extremely disappointed with the platform. The outdated system and low-quality materials were already a concern, but what made it worse was the platform crashing for three days—right when I had an important exam.
I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but instead of getting help, I was repeatedly transferred between agents with no real solution or concrete answers. This entire experience has felt like a complete waste of time and money.
I hope the platform seriously considers improving both its technical reliability and customer support responsiveness.

My account with 2 classes in progress (almost finished) are blank and I can't get any answers. It's been less than a month and the message is reading "certificate expired" I did not receive these types of issues with Sophia Learning.

Great Value
Everything is laid out clearly and easy to access the information needed. The only issue I had was with their proctoring service which I don’t believe is directly linked so I’m not impacting the review, ProctorU doesn’t clarify resources allowed for final exams properly in some courses so make sure you double check that in your course listing. I completed 6 courses in under a week.
