I am leaning on my pace, and I can go over lessons and examples when I am confused. The quizzes help me test my knowledge, and the exams as well. The videos are helpful because they serve as a source of revision for me before exams. Hopefully, I will take more lessons in the future.

I have not received a receipt for any subscription, charges, or enrollment fees for my records. My Billing Inquiry ticket to obtain this information has gone unanswered. Instead of receiving a receipt for services and resolution to my issue, I received an email stating that if I didn't provide a rating for the telephone service that opened my service ticket request, my service ticket would be closed. I am left with the only recourse of contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges.

I hated the experience and I don't like proctorU services. It's only my personal opinion and my encounter with proctorU.

User friendly, chapters are well thought out and made learning easier

The support team gave a timely response and courses are work at your own pace which is great for a working, busy momma.

I am having the most difficulty logging in and staying logged in. The password and username are always taking up too much time. Are there any shortcuts?

Great experience to help get degree and recover credits

I gave straighterline a 5 star because it's a great way to earn college credit for student that can learn online. Unfortunately I have a hard time focusing with the reading material and absorbing it with everything else I got going on. ..

I signed up for the course on my phone but when I tried to log into the course on my PC, it wouldn't allow me to log in, although I could on my phone, using the same credentials. I attempted to change the password but I never received the email. I ended up starting the course on my phone yesterday but now I can't log on, on either device. There is only 1 number for contact but no one was available to speak with me. I have to leave a message and wait 24 hours for a return call. I feel that there should be a more convenient way to contact the help desk or customer service.

The website was easy to navigate to pay and sign up. Once I started the course, I was looking for the progress to change after I completed the first topic. When it didn't, I sought help in the chat, which was a frustrating loop of asking the same question and not getting an answer. I retook the topic five times trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I decided to wait the next day to call customer service. I talked to a delightful woman who answered all my questions. It turns out I wasn't doing anything wrong. The progress would only be recorded after I took an exam. Better instructions or an explanation on the website would have reduced my frustration and eliminated the need for customer service interaction. I am taking a lab course and while I was happy about the cost of the course, there are hidden costs that I wish I knew about up front. You have to order a lab kit from a different company. To save money, I ordered the lab kit for 2 courses. It was about $340 and about $27 for UPS ground shipping and no guarantee about when you will receive the kit. That is problematic in two ways. I'm on a timeline and this could cause a significant delay and the 30 days for the course have already started but I don't have the labkit to be able to do any work. The labs won't coincide with the course work and I will mostly likely have to pay for an additional 30-day membership because of this delay. The expedited shipping from UPS is astronomical. I think the overnight shipping was over $500. I don't think it is possible to know what lab kit is needed before signing up for the class so I expect you can plan for at least 2 months of membership to do a lab course. Grading of labs takes 3-5 days. These delays will likely result in me not completing the course in time to be accepted into the nursing program as soon as I had hoped. Since I've just been laid off and stripped of most of my benefits after decades in my job, getting this completed early so I could get in the program was crucial. I am hopeful that within 30-60 days I can make a more favorable review.

Some technical saving bugs but for the most part I have learned a lot already and making progress towards my associates.

Awesome was able to complete courses at my pace and get transfer credits for my school ! I highly recommend!!!!

recommended by others at the board of nursing. it also is easy to do the class at my pace in spare time without going into a classroom.

The calculus course videos bear no relationship to the ungraded or graded quizzes I’m asked to complete for each section. I am forced to find outside resources to complete the quizzes. I googled and saw this is a common problem people have with your course. Should have googled that before I paid, but here we are. Why am I paying for this if I have to build my own curriculum and teach myself to your test rather than use resources I’m supposed to have paid for?

There is no way to tell which topic of the sections of the class you have completed 100%. Also have not found a way to flag something if I want to go back and review it at a later date.
