The service was excellent- quick and stress free. We were however disappointed post exchange. Nobody called to inform us of completion and it took over 24 hours for funds to be transferred to us with no communication or explanation as to why. I had to keep chasing which resulted in unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Snigdha and Ellis were really helpful in ensuring that my paperwork was clear and made it a transparent process for me. As someone looking to sell my property for the first time, they helped me understand the process form scratch and walked me through every step we took. I felt like I was a part of the team throughout, and am extremely happy with the support and service

The app is terrible, explains nothing, asks for information you wont realistically have at the start of the process, gives no information about timelines of when each part of the process should be done. i tried to use the chat function on the app which nobody responded to.

towards exchange of contracts there was a period of over a month where homely were informing me that everything was done and they were simply waiting for the contract to arrive in the post. after threatening to pull out of the transaction i was finally told that actually there was outstanding stuff to do and it was in fact my side that was causing the delay

i was repeatedly lead to believe completion would be "this friday" or "next friday" when there was clearly no intention to complete the work for these deadlines

I’ve never signed up to any of their services or had any dealings with them whatsoever yet just because I’m an independent estate agent, they targeted me sent me repeated follow ups after no response, even after I requested to be removed form their list and to stop sending me emails, they continued. I’ve now called and requested verbally for them to remove my details so let’s see.

Rosey has been right there with me and helping with the home buying process of which I have no experience. Reassuring aka hand holding is exceptional. If you are told it will take 5 minutes, it will take less. I do very much enjoy having the interactive site to work on and see the purchase progress and reminders of what must still be done.

Easy to get quotes but I really do not want all the sales calls, if I am interested I can make the call myself.

We have worked on a number of cases with HOMEY now they are hard working, enthusiastic and really want to help. Ask about their Concierge Service for those sales that need a bit of extra assistance to get over the line. Look forward to working on more sales together.

Hussain very responsive by WhatsApp and friendly. All became very wheeler dealer. Paying a large fee upfront tied us in and we were pushed between 3 different solicitors, eventually ending up with Emad Sadiq at Collective Legal. There are some links between these solicitors and those that work at KLR and XYZ, of whom had issues with the regulation body (we found that after a week of them acting on our behalf).

It was almost impossible to get hold of Emad directly and he often only responded after I contacted Hussain or calling him directly 5 times. 
Emad made multiple mistakes, didn’t realise searches hadn’t been applied for, didn’t stay on top of emails or progress and his lack of comms meant we were backed into a corner on negotiation points. Eventually I had to turn up and spend an entire morning at his office to make sure my file was worked on.
Nail in the coffin was paying the wrong stamp duty amount leading us to be harassed by HMRC and Collective eventually being fined for not sorting quickly.

Spoke to Haroon.It was a great experience and i liked the way he dealt with us.

Recently used Homey as my conveyancing partner and I must admit that I am happy with the service that was provided. Hussain and his team were great in providing quick updates. As an Estate Agent, I would definitely recommend Homey to my fellow agents.
