SS is becoming fast my go to place when I want to get new yarns for my projects.
The website is very easy to use. Colours in the screen are very close to the real yarn. Instructions are easy to follow. Delivery service is also very fast and reliable!

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The kit looked really exquisite too!

I have always loved S&S knitting kits.
They have precise, no jargon patterns which are easy to follow even for a novice.
The yarns are delightful , really tactile and soft and the pattern designs are up to date.
The customer service is second to none and communication after purchasing has been quite mind blowing with their generosity and kindness.
Please buy from this firm - i would now not use anyone else - 5 star all the way .

I purchased a pdf pattern and 2 balls of merino wool to make a baby's hat. By the time postage was included it amounted to a rather expensive purchase for such a small item and in non-Covid circumstances I would have used a local wool shop at a more reasonable price I think. I was also disappointed that the wool split too easily when knitting. Also the label says handwash only which for a baby's item is not ideal.

Excellent service and very pleased with the products that I have ordered mainly though lockdown. Have not knitted for ages and found a variety of choices on this website

Super product and am loving knitting something easy to start again!

I bought the Chunky Wool in Red and Mint and, unfortunately the Mint color was faulty. The strands were pulled and loose in a dramatic way and SS gave me a discount code to replace the item which was fantastic. Haven't seen that issue with the wool with any other subsequent purchases. Additonally, my most recent order was stolen from my porch and SS has been really helpful and generous in tracking that order and replacing it.

The kits arrived on time and the Ball of yarn was lovely to hold, I hardly wanted to start the scarf!
I needed to look at the online videos to help get started but they were super clear and I was done in no time!

Would recommend this to any beginner looking to try some knitting even for the first time!

I just completed knitting my first Declan scarf and loved the whole process! The basic guide they provide helped me a lot and I also relied on their great youtube videos. The wool is really soft and instructions are easy to follow. Lovely customer service too, really reactive and friendly.

I just purchased my second project and went for one of their sweater kits. I cannot wait to get it started! I now understand why knitting is the new therapy, it's really helping to ease the stress especially in these challenging times.

I was gifted a Stitch and Story kit for Christmas, it is so beautiful and amazing quality.

Purchased a blanket kit to have something to do during lockdown. The kit was put together beautifully and tied with a pretty little bow, it felt like a gift for myself.
The wool is so soft and beautiful to work with. The knitting needles are beautiful bamboo. I needed some help reading the pattern and the customer team were friendly and understanding and helped me get to grips with the pattern. I’m almost halfway through and loving it.
I’ll definitely be buying from stitch and story again.
