I purchased a dress from Goddiva. It arrived quickly, was exactly as the picture and fits perfectly. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

From ordering to delivery and product quality I was super pleased with a dress I purchased for an up and coming race day. The dress fits well, it is stylish and looks amazing on can’t wait to wear it.

I had a great experience with Goddiva customer service. I bought a dress that was a perfect fit and excellent quality. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the zip, which caused me a bit of stress.
I contacted customer service, and they responded immediately. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and sent me a return label straight away so I could arrange a refund.
I’m very happy with how everything was handled, and my overall experience with the company has been excellent. I would definitely buy from Goddiva again in the future.

The dress was a gift from my husband and it is described on the website as Embroidered Mesh Maxi Dress - colour Blush. It was purchased with the intent to be altered, as I am a size 6 and the smallest size the dress was made in was 8. Plenty of beautiful dresses to choose from in size 6, but this looked just incredible and impossible not to buy. Had I been a size 8 the dress would have been true to size.

Delivery took only a few days, the parcel was carefully wrapped, alteration was easy and I am DELIGHTED with the dress. It looks incredible on the website and it is just as magnificent when worn.

This dress offers more that the price ones pays. The quality of the materials used, the absolutely admirable craftsmanship, the beauty of the product in itself, the way it makes me feel when I'm wrapped in it - all of the above turn this dress into something magical.

I have only had to return with a broken heart the navy blue velvet dress because it was the wrong colour for the wedding I wanted to attend but if I had a choice I would have just kept it. The quality is always on point 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻❤️

Purchased a maternity dress for a colleague.

The dress I ordered was really poor quality for the amount I paid for it. Felt more like a Shein quality dress.

Had to pay to return it.

Just feel that my experience was disappointing because of poor quality and frustrating that you pay for shipping and then pay for returns when the shipping was two times the price of the return.

Amazing service prompt delivery and a beautiful dress.

Despite a mix up with my order customer service were great and offered a good discount code by way of an apology.
I shall be buying more very soon.

I contacted Goddiva as I had forgotten to add a special easter code. They were very helpful and applied this code without any hesitation. Very good customer service.
