Item not delivered - appalling customer service. My item wasn’t delivered to my address, it was delivered to a ‘Neighbour’ half a mile away - ‘the Coop’! When I went to Coop they couldn’t locate my item. I logged a complaint by emaail with Steamery on 5 December - I have chased. I’ve still had no response. I called on a Wednesday 10 Dec at 145pm and the lines were closed, even though they’re meant to be open until 230pm. I’ve now learnt from the DPD app that my order (that wasn’t at the delivery location) is being returned to Beam Group! Please can someone tell me what’s happening with my order.

All my woollen garments have a new lease of life thanks to Pilo 2 Fabric Shaver (it’s pretty too in sage!)

I have tried many other brands and price ranges but the shaver from Steamery is excellent quality, blades stay sharp and it is very easy to clean.

Huge bonus that is rechargeable.

I had sent an email no reply, I rang the first time and was on hold for half an hour. Second time I rang someone answered and said they will get back to me. Still heard no response!

Would definitely recommend this product, works really well, the water does run out quick but it’s very easily refillable and doesn’t bother me much, the only thing I would say is the wire is too small if you’re using it for things like bedding, otherwise does the job! Steams clothes beautifully!

Speedy delivery, Christmas present so haven’t used yet.

Product was even better than I’d hoped. Straightforward ordering, payment and delivery. Great service - will be visiting the site again soon.

I absolutely LOVE this steamer. It’s beautifully designed, wonderfully light and so stylish it actually makes me look forward to steaming! The sage colour is gorgeous and adds a soft, calming touch to my space. It heats up fast and works brilliantly, making the whole experience quick and effortless. Every detail feels well considered, from the feel in the hand to the way it glides through fabric. A perfect blend of clever design and function. Highly recommend.

Still waiting for a reply to my (second) email from Customer Service.

Horrific experience.
No one answers the customer care number.
Order left unfulfilled and not received.
Will be claiming the cost back from my card provider.

They sold me a broken product! I purchased the STEAMUK-17937 in sand color and it doesn't work at all!! Its a waste of £80! Over the last 3 weeks i have emailed the support team 4x and no answer!!!! Terrible service! They only care about their influencers! Never again i'm purchasing from this "brand"

Pilo fabric shaver arrived in extremely damaged packaging. Inside the shaver head was cracked and not usable. Still waiting for a reply to my email advising of the damaged item.
