I had placed an order before Christmas for a steamer and lint roller for my partner. Upon delivery I noticed the lint roller had not been included within the shipment.

I raised this with the contact details registered (along with providing evidence) which was initially replied to by a representative named Lucy, who confirmed she had re-submitted the order for the missing item. That was the last contact I had with the team.

After not receiving anything for a following fortnight, I once again reached out, and have received any response.

The current total of chaser messages sent now stands at 4 emails, and have resulted to more formal proceedings through Amex.

Terrible service.

I have been trying to reach out to Customer Support team for over a week now and I have had no replies. The chat bot promises to create a support ticket that actually never gets created, I reached out directly though email a few times and got no reply. I even installed Messenger hoping that maybe this channel will allow me to speak to someone in the company.
I bought a steamer and when watching tutorials I realised that the product I bought isn't working horizontally and so I wanted to immediately replace it with another steamer that does work horizontally. Unfortunately this level of detail is missing in the product description or comparison on the website so I just simply assumed they all work in similar ways.

I cannot use the product I bought cause I've been hoping to replace it, but at the same time I have no successful contact from the Steamery team to progress with a replacement. I'm stuck and now I truly regret buying from this company.
I'm very disappointed with my experience.

Such a good product ! My clothes look brand new again !

What an incredible product!! I no longer have to do battle with the ironing board and iron. I can literally just take this out and get my outfit ironed in seconds. Literally. It's transformed my life and meant I am wearing more clothes I just couldn't be bothered to get out due to a small cramped wardrobe!

I’ve only received a fraction of my order and no response other than to state you’re dealing with a large number of queries following my email to find out what’s happening.

Quick delivery. As this is a Christmas present it hasn’t been opened yet

I have still not had a reply from anyone at SteameryUK and they have taken £172 and only delivered Fabric Spray an £8. They owe me £164 and I only wanted the product for my wife for Christmas! It is impossible to connect with them either by phone or email. I am now contacting my bank to get a refund.

I ordered the hero duo set, £175 in the sale, and steam water, £8, on the 2/12/25. The delivery came with only the water. I have emailed customer services twice with no reply and have now been on hold to customer services for a total of 1 hour and a 1/2. No one is responding to my emails or picking up the phone, so I can only assume this is some sort of scam. Let’s see if they respond to this review. My advice would be ‘do not buy’ unless you’re willing to lose your money and then be ignored.

Very easy and extremely fast delivery

I love it really make my knitted Cardigan looks brand new again.

NOT happy. Only half the order arrived! The two main / expensive items were not in the parcel. TWO emailed follow ups have not been answered. Subsequent calls to customer service get only an answerphone despite being within stated office hours. This was supposed to be a Xmas present wrapped and sent by now. I intend to complain to FT who recommended & contact credit card to cancel charge. What’s wrong with you guys?

On time as requested

Item not delivered - appalling customer service. My item wasn’t delivered to my address, it was delivered to a ‘Neighbour’ half a mile away - ‘the Coop’! When I went to Coop they couldn’t locate my item. I logged a complaint by emaail with Steamery on 5 December - I have chased. I’ve still had no response. I called on a Wednesday 10 Dec at 145pm and the lines were closed, even though they’re meant to be open until 230pm. I’ve now learnt from the DPD app that my order (that wasn’t at the delivery location) is being returned to Beam Group! Please can someone tell me what’s happening with my order.
