Excellent house with great location to reach central London.

Everything was Amzing and the host responded always quickly!

Fabulous accommodation, facilities and location. Would highly recommend.

This company is terrible. I’ve been trying to get an additional set of keys for week. The property was advertised as being keyless entry. No one will call us back or update us. When I call the helpline it just hangs up. Completely ruined our stay at the Airbnb.

We stayed at Paddington Mews in mid December and had an incredible time. The house is in an amazing location for sightseeing with trains and buses very close by. The accommodation is in a nice quiet area which was great for resting (and recovering from jet lag). The bedrooms and bathroom were perfectly set up for the 5 of us travelling and the kitchen/dining/living was nice and big for all of us to chill out at the end of each day. We would highly recommend this accommodation to other travellers.

StayBeyond manages my home and I had a great experience so far. I monitor my listings and overall ratings are always above 4 stars avg, the team is responsive and always ready to step in when an issue occurs

We booked a 3 night stay over Xmas in Chelmsford with this company. Cannot be more disappointed. No heating, no hot water unusable kitchen items. Not enough crockery. 3 towels for 8 people. One bed not made up. The house was not cleaned and so dead flies everywhere. Hosted by Daniel and Olivia. Avoid this place and company at all costs. And any other places this couple host!!!

Please don't use this company. We stayed in the 3BDR Woking Wonder which can only be described as dangerous. Heating not working no lights in the main bedroom, ensuit or sitting room. Faulty smelly dishwasher. Faulty carbon monoxide alarm faulty dangerous electricity switches and broken security chain on front door. Instructions for entry were wrong. Reading previous reviews Stay Beyond would have been aware of the faults but continued to rent without repairing. Unhelpful on the phone promising to send out a maintenance team that never came. We bought two heaters with a promise that the costs would be reimbursed. Left heaters and receipt in the flat but no reimbursement ever paid. It took 3 weeks and a fair amount of phone calls to get the £300 deposit back. Terrible

The appartement was really beautiful, clean & confortable. All we dreamed about !

The Putney apartment was very cozy, beautiful, and spacious! Very good connection, directly in-front of the apartment, to public transportation where you can easily have access to London main spots! A small suggestion is to check the ceiling opening in the bathroom, as it gets cold sometimes, especially during showering. But overall, the apartment was great! and the Staybeyond team was very helpful, fast in replying, and friendly! Thank you :)

A spacious, secure and comfortable apartment, perfect for our family of 4 close to amazing restaurants, Hyde park and Marble Arch.

Great accommodation and excellent communication. Responded within an hour or less if we needed anything.

This was a lovely, spacious, comfortable house in a beautiful location.
Although the booking process was more complicated than some, we were able to enjoy our weekend fully. There were a few niggles with the heating system but we were able to navigate them . The kitchen was fully equipped and the lounge and conservatory gave ample space to spread out. The 3 bathrooms were well appointed, though a second shower over one of the baths would have been appreciated. The house is well situated so you can walk into Stow. Overall, the 6 of us had a great time.

Location and apartment itself are great.
Check in details weren’t shared on time (even after the reminder) so it was a bit stressful to access it. But was resolved very quickly.
I came to check in 30-40 mins after the check in time. But the cleaning lady was still there. So not sure if I’d come on time the place wouldn’t have been finished with cleaning..
In any case, won’t remove a star from the rating because the issue was resolved quickly.
Recommend this place and would stay there another time
