Easy communication and host was very responsive and friendly. Daily check of stay was a surprise. Overall, stay was pleasant. Property was very clean as shown in the picture. Thank you for the support.

The most diapointing experience in 40 years of traveling. Reservation processing required a picture depicting yourself holding your ID???
Went along with that since the flat appeared promising.
AFTER booking we were informed that it was actually up for sale and we had agreed to two visits p. week of potential buyers.
Repeated calls and emails to the service center regarding this resulted in the firm assurance and commitement that we would be supplied with a flat of the same quality and in the proximity of the one rented in the case of sale prior to our arrival. They gave reference to the fact, that they managed so many comparable real estate in London there would be an alternate flat available in any case.
We choose to rely upon that.
BIG MISTAKE! Before departure, we received a short notice that the rented flat had been sold and no other could be offered to us, as promised.
Several calls to the help line lead to no remedy, our number got blocked after two calls by their system.
Emails were unsubstantial an mere variations of "tough luck".
We were let utterly out in the rain with no assistance whatsoever.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
THE COMPANIES DEALINGS AND BUSINESS MANNER ARE NEITHER HONOURABLE NOR RELIABLE!!

We stayed a week in this beautiful place and will definitely come back !
The Flat has all you can ask for and more.
The location is great you have shopping , dining and entertainment close by.

This is a great property to book for your stay in Bath. Peaceful, private, with a very useful parking space, (always a must when staying in this city). Just a short walk to the main areas and over looks the river. A few housekeeping issues, hence not 5 stars, but nothing that would stop me staying here again as they would be very easy to rectify. Take your slippers if you like to wear no shoes in the house as the jute carpet is a bit harsh!!!!

Like other reviewers we were switched to an alternate flat a couple of weeks before check in, the reason seemed suspect. The flat we were given was freezing on arrival with no hot water, the fridge broke on the first day. Heating a kettle to wash with is not my idea of a luxury experience. There were several emails & calls to the Stay Beyond team who just asked for photos of the boiler controls and a link to a youtube video to try to fix it ourselves. This didn't work so we froze the whole time & couldn't use the fridge. The only redeeming factor was the location to the city centre but I would not recommend booking with this company.

Spacious apartment on a quiet street in a great location close to the tube station, nice cafes and shops. All communication was quick and friendly and check in was easy. Would be happy to stay there again.

The place is beautiful, huge and super comfortable. Great location to explore the Camden area.
We had internet issues that weren't resolved during the entire stay, although the team tried to.

There were rodents in the living spaces each evening and prison-like security grills that impeded our ability to see outside and to use the promised garden. We realized the security gate problem when we arrived and asked for help immediately. StayBeyond responded but never gave us an answer beyond "look around for some keys" which did not exist. We only realized after the sun set that we were also sharing the property with an active community of mice, who were ever-present in the evenings. The property management company, StayBeyond, is very good at responding with legalese that means nothing, but they are completely unable to help with simple issues (such as providing keys to the security grills, which remained locked for the duration of our stay). They offered to exterminate with chemicals while we were there, which is hardly an ideal solution. It is quite clear they were aware of the infestation before we arrived: there are many traps under the counters in the kitchen and under furniture in the living room.

StayBeyond is truly masterful at writing reassuring messages but not at following through to guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions or the comfort of renters.

The location of this apartment is great! It's close to Paddington station and on a street with shops and restaurants. All facilities are available in the apartment. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a group. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

The apartment is beautiful! Location is excellent, only 10min walk from Wembley stadium tube. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for long or short term stay.

We made a reservation for one of their flats in London. It was supposed to be our big luxury stay at the end of a long trip. A few weeks before, they ended up selling the flat and offered to put us up in another one of their flats, just down the road. It was very helpful of them...
When we got to the place, parts of the building were still under construction, a fact we were made aware of every morning when construction noisily started at 8am. The upstairs neighbors could be heard moving about (or moving furniture) until 2am. Some of the amenities listed were not available, some of the construction work was poorly done, cigarette smoke (either from the neighbors or construction workers) FILLED the living room in the morning, the company was impossible to get a hold of in time, and they charged us full price of the previous luxury flat (that was sold) for a noisy, smoke filled, much farther away flat that was maybe worth half the price.
We will never book from StayBeyond again for our trips. Do not hire this company for your vacation!

I booked accommodation for 10 nights through a booking.com listing for their property at in Islington N1. Upon arrival at nearly midnight, I noticed the property had 3 significant damages detailed below. I have time-stamped photographs as proof but there isn't a way to upload them on this platform.
(1) The patio door was completely off the track, leaving a gap in the wall that could not be physically closed during the current winter season.
(2) The sofa had collapsed on one side, with the legs protruding outwards.
(3) The bathroom tub's wall was hanging off to side, supported by a metal chain.

StayBeyond requires a 300 GBP damages deposit as part of check-in procedures so their team was fully aware of the property damages prior to my booking, didn't notify me, and still charged me a damages deposit. A reputable business would have made the property unavailable for booking while the repairs were made.

I reported these damages to the StayBeyond team and checked out of the property. Throughout my extensive correspondence with the StayBeyond team over the past 2 days, they repeatedly refused to consider any refund for their false advertisement until I voiced that I would take alternative reporting measures against them that they extended "a gesture of goodwill by offering [me] a 20% compensation" today 21-Feb-2024. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced!!

Very good luxurious furnished apartment in Wembley centrum, we enjoyed our stay with affordable price, looking forward to rent next time as well.

During our recent trip to London, we stayed at StayBeyond Apartments, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartments were tidy and comfortably accommodated our group of nine.

However, there's one important detail to keep in mind: you'll need an internet connection to unlock the front door.

This could be an issue for travelers outside the UK, as international roaming fees can be expensive, up to €1.5 per MB.
