The house was very clean and cozy and close to the city's attractions.
Stay far away from Stay Beyond
I initially made the booking through Booking.com not realising that StayBeyond were managing the property in Munster Road London as the usual location I stay was fully booked for the week 7-10 October. As another reviewer mentioned there is non-existent support. The trouble began with not being able to open the front door - the bottom lock only could be used, so I needed to bend down and when dark, luckily I had a torch on my phone it made it even more difficult to open the door. Once inside the property as I do when staying in an Airbnd type accommodation I check the bedding - the bed sheets had need been changed and it was obvious - we can all identify clean laundered sheets. I found two dead bugs and then I found dead bed bugs. I immediately emailed staybeyond and they were very apologetic and would get back to me. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. And the heating was not working as well. Some 17 emails later, the bed linens were changed on day 4 of my stay, and I was checking out the following day. Also, 300pound surety for damage has to be paid upfront and the monies are deducted from your account - and the conditions state that after the property inspection I should recieve the 300 pounds within 14 days -- not even 5 star hotels do this. So they get the benefit and interest of money. This is an extremely money grabbing and highly unprofessional company and I would never use them again,

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Very well appointed with easy access to get around central London. A home away from home with beautiful linen and everything you need in the kitchen. We would stay again, highly recommend!

It was an incredible stay. It was easy to do the check in. It was a little bit cold and we didn’t know how to turn on the heating. But the rest it was nice!
Don’t use this company, they don’t have competence to help you if anything goes wrong.
We didn’t get the right key, and we also got wrong information about the acsess to the apartment. Nobody at Staybeyond answered the call, do we had to get hotell rooms for the first night. We never got Internet an TV during our 4 nights stay, they got messages of this every day but never answered it. The apartment should have three bathrooms, it was only two snd a half. Only one could be used at the time cause of low water pressure. I found this company had low competence helping their costumers, and will of course never ever use them again. I rather stay at home. They can’t help you. I don’t know if the reason is they they really can’t or that they won’t. They are scammers to me.
Avoid
StayBeyond were managing an Airbnb property I stayed in - their communication and customer service was woefully poor and I would avoid any dealings with them in future.
Not to be trusted , no customer care.
Despite the "politically correct" reply to my comment made by the agency, I do not advice to trust them.
As far as I am concerned they have done 0 research to find alternative housing. They just sent a two lines email saying we had to live the flat in 30 days. They did not even call to explain the situation.
I called and explained we were 100% flexible on alternative areas etc and they said 'no" in a blink of an eye without checking anything. In fact I was talking to the the customer service agent who was on the company chat with the manager so I can say for sure they did not look for any option.
To make a long story short. They have no concern for customer service as other comments show and their word is not to be trusted.

My daughter and her boyfriend rented a place with this company. The place was sold whilst they stayed and they are asked to leave which we know could happen.
However we were told when booking the place that the agency would find them alternative housing ( it is mentioned in the contract) if that happened.
But now we are told that they have no intention to do this despite what I was told when the booking was made. When looking at their website one can see that they have available place.
If you want to deal with a reliable agency, find another one. This one is not to be trusted.

Update on our cancelled booking
Update on the property we were due to rent for 4 days in Cambridge. Stay Beyond cancelled our booking with 2 days to go before we were due to arrive. It transpires that the 'major maintenance issue' was a large renovation of the property which must have been planned several months ago. The builders we spoke to had been on site for a month, and were going to be there for at least another month.
Stay Beyond will have known this, but failed to give us adequate notice that our booking was cancelled.
Appalling customer service. Still awaiting a refund more than two weeks later. Do not ever book a Stay Beyond property as they are unreliable and lie to their customers.

An amazing experience we had while staying at The Kensington Place. The flat was superb and everything was provided for us and it felt like a second home. Very stylish and modern. We will definitely be coming back. The customer service is very helpful and they answer the call very quick. Thanks for your service.
Responsive but Limited Hot Water
Property was in a convenient location, clean and team was responsive to questions. Only issue was a lack of hot water in the shower.
