Do not ever stay at any of their accommodation
Do not ever deal with this company or stay at any of their accommodation the customer service support is appalling and that is putting it politely !!!! numerous issues with the accommodation weeks to resolve and only after numerous chases every day matter still not resolved
Total lack of professionalism
Staybeyond changed the property we had booked 3 days before arrival (on the date the booking was made non-reimburseable) without giving us any options. We did not stay in this appartment that they seem to be using as bate for unaware customers. They changed the location to a totally different one from what we booked causing a tremendous disruption to our travelling plans. After many conversations they agreed to reimburse us a tiny percentage from the total paid as a kind of compensation. As the booking had already been paid for and it was such short notice there was very little we could do, not even find an alternative, so we had to accept unwillingly. On arrival they told us that our check in was delayed until 16:00. After insisting we could access the property at 15:20 although the cleaning service was only finished at 16:30.
The property is not to the standards to what we had booked, it is shabby there are not enough chairs for five people (although after two days they added an extra one), the tap in the washbasin of the toilet is missing and we have to wash our teeth in the kitchen, and most importantly, the internet service did not work for the duration of our stay.
Staybeyond answered some of our messages over the days just trying to delay solutions and gain time but nothing was solved. At some point they stopped answering. Total lack of professionalism. We were stuck in an undesirable location in a shabby apartment with no internet and no solutions. It was stressful and disappointing.
Well appointed flat in chic London area
We stayed at a beautiful, very spacious and very well equipped apartment in the elegant W8 Kensington area. The living room is on the main floor and bedrooms on the lower ground. There is plenty of public transport nearby and as a bonus there is parking in the building which we could use.

Great stay in a well-equipped house. After being stressed by being placed on a utility budget in the last accommodation, really appreciated showing up after a long day's travel and finding the house already generously heated. Rooms were clean, towels were nice and large. Will definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay in Bath. The Lapis Lounge offers proximity to the town, on the river, walkable, and very pleasant accommodations!
Ruined winter wonderland land trip after paying in full several months in advance
Apartment beautiful. Service received from this company is shocking. Was asked to complete a verification process the night before I set off for London for the 9 guests when I had paid in full 6 months earlier. I couldn’t complete this process until I was on my way to london so spent the journey completing this with limited signal as I was already on my trip. Stood outside the property from 3pm which was the check In time in the freezing cold. Had 4 conversations via phone with the company whilst stood outside the property Was asked to pay a refundable deposit which was requested after the check in time which I paid straightaway but still couldn’t get in then told when I rang them for the 4th time that I had to pay two deposits as whilst I had booked a “4 bed apartment” it was two units. Was promised two call backs to let me know what was happening these never happened and had to keep ringing the company back. By the time we gained entry to the property it was 7p.m. I was told that I would be refunded the deposit of £500 within 14 days - I have been told this is still on its way after the 14 days. This company totally ruined our trip to winter wonderland as the time we actually got to the venue following access to the accommodation it was closing. So disappointed.
3 days without heating and warm water!
This is our third day without heating and warm water in an apartment over €2000 !!! (for 1 weekend) in London. It's below 0°C outside and inside the apartment it's 11°C. Because of this we're unable to have a proper night's sleep and can't have a warm shower either.
What should have been a beautiful last Christmas with our terminally ill mother (in law), has turned into one big nightmare...
Booking.com, Stay Beyond and the vendor are negligent and careless in solving this issue. We have been calling about 20 times and been on the phone with them for hours. Unfortunately without any result. They leave us hanging in the cold...

Made a booking with this company
Made a booking with this company, via Booking.com, in April 2022 for this coming weekend, 09/12 - 12/12, staying at The Lansdowne Crescent - Bright 38DR top floor apartment. Yesterday 6th December I received a message from StayBeyond to say that my booking had been cancelled due to the owners of the apartment wanting to extend their stay. StayBeyond offered an alternative property but not in the same location & also the property was being sold so we would have to allow viewings to take place. I declined this offer as it was not in the area we wanted due to events & activities we had planned. Also I do not know the area & did not feel comfortable with having to allow viewings to take place. StayBeyond told me this was a rare event but I can see from previous reviews someone else had their booking cancelled for this apartment on the day they were due to travel. Obviously the owners have the rights to do as they want with their property but how inconsiderate of them to cancel a booking made way back in April & at such short notice. So future guests be warned make a booking at this apartment at the risk of it being cancelled, last minute!

Amazing property which was very clean and up to standard. My parents really enjoyed the property. The only issue they had was the staircase to the property as they have some health issues but they loved the property and I will definitely be using them again

Lovely property in a great location
We stayed at the West Hampstead apartment for a few days. It was situated in a lovely location with great access to restaurants, cafes and shops. Transportation links is also one of the best in London.
The apartment is clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend.
The only downside is that it is located on the 4th floor so if you have problems with mobility the apartment might not suit.
Overall great property.
Worst Rental Ever
We booked into a staybeyond unit in Bath UK through Expedia. On arrival we found that there was no coffee or tea, a cupboard door in the kitchen was broken, one of the locks on the sliding door was broken, one of the bathroom cupboards was falling off, one toilet seat was not fastened so it didn't operate properly and in fact fell off once when my wife was sitting on it. One bathroom sink had no handle on the tap. The third bathroom toilet would continue to flow requiring extra care to shut the water off.
I immediately emailed and was told they would get the local contact on it. We got coffee and tea that night. I continued to email every other day and was told they would follow up. Nothing was done for the rest of the week. I demanded a refund and they agreed. It took 3 months and numerous follow up emails.

Wonderful Time in Wonderland
Wonderful time. Lots of rooms to provide privacy for all. Fun Alice in Wonderland theme. The town has plenty to see and do right nearby, but the house is far enough out not to be too loud at night.
A beautiful quite and stylish apartment in the center
A beautiful and stylish apartment in a perfect location in the center of Bath and yet quiet with full landscape to the river. The apartment is fully equipped and convenient for families and couples. It was lovely to see the swans in the river while drinking the morning coffee in the terrace. Good separation between the 2 bedrooms and the living room. One additional bedroom is at the ethic of the living room. Close to a big supermarket and with two good restaurants just 50 meters away. The parking on the entrance to the flat is an important bonus to your stay in Bath.
Deceptive and delayed booking practices--keep away!
On 7 October, we booked a house outside of Oxford via Expedia for our family to stay while attending my university graduation. On 13 October, after our free cancellation period had expired, we received an email from StayBeyond (the manager of the property) requiring us to explain why we were travelling to Oxford, where we were coming from, to pay an additional £300 deposit above what we had already paid through Expedia, confirm all guests were over the age of 28 (despite the listing saying 15), and send them photos of all guests' identity documents via email. This is the first we had heard of StayBeyond, and when we told them that their demands conflicted with the listing on Expedia, the listing suddenly changed. They claimed it hadn't, but we have screenshots. They also ignored questions altogether, including whether their requirement for us to deliver photographs of identity documents over email violated GDPR. The week-long delay in contacting us after our booking confirmation also means that there is limited accommodation available for the period we intend to travel if we cancel. Their website also claims to have a 5-star Trustpilot rating. This lot aren't to be trusted. Just check the other 3, 2 and 1 star reviews.
