Where do I even start...
Where do I even start. I was requested to get a new suit for a wedding party in May 2025. I am a 6'6 240 lb guy, who played college sports and has a larger build (Not a stock 5'10 180lbs). The initial fitting was odd, when I walked in, no one greeted me. Also, they only have 35/36 inch inseam and said they would need to order/tailor and then ship to me in Ohio, the store I worked with is in Michigan (keep that in mind). This was all fine with me. I do not care if you look at me like I do not belong, I know my worth, but once I got my "fitted" suit, the pants were 4 inches short! I knew this was an issue, so I called customer service to figure out what I can do and was met with the recommendation of going back IN-PERSON (had to drive from Cleveland to Michigan) to get fitted again... I was aggravated, but I tried to understand. So, I went back, got measured/fitted again, and headed on my way home to Ohio. When I received the pants again, they were only 3 inches too short! I was pissed... So, I called customer service again and was met with one of the most shocking words of advice from any company, I was told to go "Get it tailored"... I have never hung up, talked down to, yelled at someone on the phone pretty much up until this point in my life, because I had explained what happened (literally anything but my fault). I was shocked that I would spend $500 on a suit and travel and was told to go tailor it.
This was the funniest part to me; the suit was HORRIBLE. The pants were too short (I seriously don't know how you get sent back the same pair of pants and mess it up three time). They were also baggy and not a nice material for the price. Even my wife said those look terrible, she said wear them for the wedding and then never again... I agreed.
To sum it up, I got measured two times, received my order three times, got told to go get MY NEW CUSTOM SUIT TAILORED (Clown show answer to tell someone who spent half a grand on a suit that feels like pajamas), and in the end did not get a product even close to my standards which is Mens Warehouse (where I get most my suits, which is funny cause its half the price and .05% of the headache this brand is). I was in such a time crunch, I even went to Men's Warehouse to see if they can let down the bottoms of the pants... and they were shocked at what I was given.
Please stay away from this brand for personal purchases, or wedding parties. They did not execute a single thing promised.
