Der Versand meiner Bestellung dauert nun bereits seit vier Wochen, und bislang ist das Paket immer noch nicht bei mir eingetroffen. Laut der ursprünglichen Versandbestätigung hätte die Lieferung innerhalb von sieben bis zehn Werktagen erfolgen sollen, doch bisher habe ich keine weitere Benachrichtigung über Verzögerungen oder den aktuellen Sendungsstatus erhalten. Auch die Sendungsverfolgung liefert seit über zwei Wochen keine neuen Informationen, was die Situation zusätzlich frustrierend macht. Ich hoffe auf eine rasche Klärung und eine baldige Zustellung meiner Bestellung.

It's been nearly a month now and still never got my order, just placed a cancellation hopefully they refund me but I will probably have to file a dispute with my bank since these people are clearly not trustworthy or reliable.

Terrible. Ordered a medium shirt which typically always fits. Got a HUGE shirt. There’s no tag to ensure the size (weird). What was a white shirt online is an off white in person and looks totally different material. Unable to contact them. Won’t return emails. Stay far away.

Billiges Dropshipping aus China. Lieferzeit statt den angegebenen 3-8 Werktagen ca. 2-3 Monate.

Awful experience. Emailed repeatedly after getting no tracking info. Only heard back once I filed a complaint with PayPal. Shirts eventually ended up coming and were terrible quality and ill-fitting. Returned...

Takes over two month to revive since they are shipping from china and they are also extremely cheap

Scam scam scam
After months of waiting for my partners 3xl shirts, they showed up and nearly fit my teenaged son who wears a medium! I reached out to them to do a return/cancel, they gave me the return address, and all of a sudden I was charged AGAIN by them!

E Commerce Scam, Unternehmen gibt an, aus den USA zu sein, verschickt aber billigste Ware US Asien. DONT BUY

This company is a total scam.
What they sent was nothing like the description, of very poor quality and then no response when trying to return items for a refund.
Save yourself the headache!

Absolute scam, stay away. They will produce a dodgy tracking number with a Chinese shipping company to pretend they are shipping it. They will email you tracking updates which are fake, when you look at the chinese company it doesn't reflect in there. Ultimately they also don't reply to emails.

Scammers, ordered in januari nevrr got an update so asked for a charge back and they reply the last day trough paypal with a tracking link which has no update and still on order recieved.

I will get my money back trough paypal DO NOT ORDER HERE YOU WONT RECIEVE ANYTHING

I charged it back trough paypall now these scammers randomly charged 25 dollars subscription guess what im gonna do..

If I can give him zero stars I would! Poor Customer Service took over a month to even respond back through email. Order in January haven’t even received anything and it’s March 4. They want to email me and say that the package was lost in transit. how did you not know this already? Beyond disappointed will be return returning package if ever I ever received it!

Firstly, shipping: It took a very long time to receive.
Secondly Fit: was no where near the sizing one would expect if they are say an XL say 99% of the time. It was MUCH much smaller. Not certain if I'd even categorize it as large. Short In the Arms, length and fit overall.

Ease of return: sent two emails to Marcivo regarding their return process. Did not hear back. Their website offers a 14 day return policy, but no address details on where to ship it to.

Conclusion: it's only a deal if you're getting what you paid for. I would stay clear.

Read plenty of good reviews, product looked great, purchased, waited, back and forth from supplier, 5 weeks later still nothing, shipping doesnt update, apparently cant find address even though it is half a city block long, open 16hours a day, and 40 other couriers find it every day, cant get anyone by phone, email replies although look helpful, give no result, l
And take days to respond if they do at all, looks like I have lost out, buyer beware

They got me with a Facebook ad, made them look like such nice shirts!
I used the sizing chart to order them for my partner and....$120 and 4 weeks later- Way too small!!

Oh you want your money back? Cool as, return them. But not to China where they were drop shipped from! Return them to USA which will cost you half the amount of the shirts in the first place!!

Customer service pretends to care, but don't offer a solution. Technically THEIR FAULT for having the wrong sizes on the sizing chart.

Poor quality, nothing like in the advert and much too small. Definitely don't shop there.

Everything looks good on screen, but when you get up close it's unfortunately really bad quality…like just cheap disposable material…I wanted to like them but when I got the product it was so poorly made [saying it nicely]... I can't return it, I'm gonna donate it.
Like the bottom of my shirt isn't even hemmed... It's kind of like loose frayed threading... Whatever sweatshop they gotta made at, was like the worst of the worst…

Delivery took about 4 weeks, it came from China. The fabric feels very cheap and has a weird fishy smell. I want to return it but I don't get a response...

Ordered a black & a white stretch dress shirt. Delivery took over a month to be disappointed when it arrived. packaging was flimsy so the collar on the black shirt came permanently crunched up to the point of damage. Then I noticed a stripe of red ink on the white shirt as I pulled it out of the plastic. Asides, shirts are decent quality but not as seen advertised. Buy your shirts anywhere else. I created an account just to write this review if that says anything.

Very poor customer service, item took 4 weeks to receive. This is just cheap polyester drop shipped from China under the guise of a nice clothing brand. Avoid and buy elsewhere
