Excellent communication, fantastic products, I bought a travel blazer and a white shirt, they look and feel fantastic.

I had questions and was reluctant about the ai suit sizing. They helped me understand the sizing without any issues and I used the ai suit sizing. When the suit cam, it fit like a dream. Hands down the most comfortable suit, shite and shoes I have ever worn. I felt like I was wearing a pair of my favorite jeans.

Beware of their clumsy AI assistant and delayed “statuses” on the website. Went to make an exchange and the AI assistant offered a “better fitting” cut jacket. I processed the exchange and paid the difference. Live customer service agent stated exchange would not be processed until “in transit” was marked with the original. Sent off the original and waited 5 days with no confirmation of exchange. After reaching out to customer service email multiple times, was told the exchanged item was out of stock and had been for some time. She stated “there often times a delay on the Out of Stock message on the website.” Overall, sub par customer service and slow responses.

Sadly I have no garment to review, as they simple just sent a refund.

Ordered a suit and when it came in didn't like the color. Asked about exchanging for a different one and it was no hassle. Very quick responses as well.

This was my first time buying a suit from X Suit. (and first time from internet store) I usually wear a size 42S, and I ordered a size 42S again this time. When I received it, I felt the actual product didn't look as good as the pictures. However, I contacted X suit customer service, and Olivia and Maria gave me great advice and responded very quickly.

After two email exchanges, we finally exchanged it for a size 40S. Because X Suit are made of stretchy fabric, the size 40S fits perfectly. I really like X suit and their customer service.

There is no other suit brand that my husband loves outside of xSuit. Keep growing your vision in your products🥰

Site promotions are completely bogus! They increase their prices and tell you that if you sign up they'll give you 50% off and then give you nothing off. Complete BS!

Not only was the suit a perfect fit and exactly as advertised…the support team was courteous and professional in their expediting of my order.

Incredibly responsive and appropriate customer support. Even though I couldn’t find a suit to fit because I’m so big, they stayed with it throughout the process.

This suit has no business being this good for this price. By far the most comfortable suit I’ve owned and looked great right out of the box. I will be purchasing more!

I bought the X Suit 2.0 and after wearing it about 20 times over course of 3 years the material was "rotting" and tearing from the seams. I didnt wear it often and it was treated and cleaned appropriately. I went tk seamstress to tey and fix and they advised it was a material issue that couldnt be fixed. Contacted X Suit who needed an order number from 3 years ago before helping me (luckily I had it saved on email) and sent pictures of the issues in multiple places. I was told they only have 1 year warranty whether its manufacturer defect or not and nothing they would do. No offer to buy a new one, get it repaired or discount for newer style. For the cost of the Suit and idea thats it tough and comfortable its not worth the risk if they dont support their manufacturing defects.

I'm a 6'0" 38L slim fit, have been wearing suits for 10 years, know my way around fit, material, and design (e.g. armhole height, breast to waist drop, etc.), and was looking forward to a travel-friendly suit. BOY WAS I WRONG. The shopping experience has been awful, the product is subpar, and xSuit does not deserve your hard-earned $500!
1. Bad fit--says it's slim, but runs fatter/larger.
2. The suit & pants didn't even ship together (lol)! Had to wait 3-4 days extra to get the jacket. So much for a suit. The whole company operates like an amateur setup.
3. Customer service is subpar, does not respond within their own 12-hour response time standard, and the responses are poorly-written AI-generated paragraphs.
4. The supposedly anti-wrinkle and 8-way stretch suit arrived with major wrinkles that I can't undo.
5. The packaging & material seem cheap--a BUSINESS SUIT arrived in a Ziplock bag. Are you kidding me.

Bottom line: COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Not even worth $200, much less your hard-earned $500! Forget this and find an in-person shop and try on some real wool or cotton suits! Some things just shouldn't be bought online--and you definitely shouldn't buy from xSuit!

My light grey XSuit and pants were exactly what I was hoping for. I had always wondered how they wear suits in action movies, and now I know. They got suits like the ones from XSuit.

I am personally a martial artist myself, so as soon as I got mine, I tried punching and kicking. No tears, next to no restriction, and no chafing. There is some limit (Maybe don’t do the splits in them, just in case) but it’s way more range of motion than regular suits.

After washing and removing tags, I went out to an anime convention. Did a lot of walking, dancing, and even sumo wrestling (yes, weird I know, but it happened!). The suit was able to keep up the whole time. I plan to wear this every chance I get.

It is made so simple. They ship to you really fast with great customer support. You can return if you don't like it or it doesn't fit. My suit fit great.

I’ve seen the commercials and I’ve heard the testimonials, so like most I just bought one suit to try out. I wore it everywhere after trying it on. Truly a game changer in every sense. I get better compliments in these suits than $1,000+ ones. I bought every color they had a month later ($7,000+). Worth every penny.
