Excellent service from start to finish with StandArt Caravans who bought my Isabella Ambassador Dawn awning as we’d changed our 2-berth caravan to a 4-berth. Great comms via WhatsApp with Dimo, I received a good price for my awning which I was very happy with, it was collected very efficiently by ParcelForce and I received the monies in my account within a few days. I cannot fault the service. 5 stars!

No issue with the actual company they gave an instant refund (within minutes)when they realised they didn’t have the item in stock. And excellent customer service, just Let down by their clearing bank who kept the money for as long as possible… before the refund.
I would purchase from them certainly, I would just confirm the item was in stock first

I sold my caravan awning to Stand-Art Caravans. Great communication through Whatsapp. I sent pictures through and an initial assessment was given as well as a guide price.
Arrangements were made to have the awning uplifted by Parcelforce the next day. I packaged the awning myself Parcelforce arrived with labels and it was fully tracked.
On receipt of the awning by Stand-Art they provided an honest assessment and I received a copy of this. My awning did need a couple of repairs and a price was agreed that was very close to the initial quote. Instant payment was made.
I would recommend the company as this is how it should happen. If you don't want the unpredictable nature of eBay or Gumtree for selling your old awning then this is for you.

I saw this company advertising a caravan awning on Ebay. I messaged them a few times via Ebay and asked if they had what I was looking for.
From start to finish the chap who assisted was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what me needs were. He assisted without pressure to my needs and guided me to the correct item i need and applied a small diacount as an absolute bonus before purchase. Thank you very much.
