How to deal with problems when they happen
We received a faulty awning, which was nothing at all to do with Standart. They immediately acknowledged the fault and efficiently managed the return. We were offered multiple solutions - refund, free upgrade to higher spec awning, a completely different awning. Having confirmed our choice, the replacement arrived in less than 24 hours. All very politely and well handled by Standart.

Really helpful company, I originally ordered the wrong thing for what I was trying to achieve, they contacted me to double check and advise a different way to achieve what I was hoping for.
Very grateful for this and will let you know how it goes when we use it in a couple of weeks.

I Dealt with Dimo at StandArt Caravans who I found to be extremely helpful & knowledgeable about awnings, the service I received was first class.
