I called the office and discussed my requirements on what chairs we required and that we would like to purchase two which we reached an agreement on price and that they were in stock and they were very helpful and the chairs arrived 2 days later by FedEx so what a fantastic service from start to finish and i would highly recommend Stand-Art to anyone

Very helpful when suggesting available awnings within my budget. Once purchased, delivery was very quick and well communicated.

Excellent aftercare, even video called on a Saturday morning when I was having an issue with the first time setup. Even continued to send me helpful advice once setup, helping me to get the setup perfect.

Traded my old awning in with Standart, collection was arranged at a time to suit me. After collection, a very fair offer was made for my awning, which was paid to me straight after accepting the offer.

Overall, if you’re in the market for a new awning, I couldn’t recommend anyone else. Service was perfect, customer care excellent, I wouldn’t go anywhere else when I need a new awning!

Since I contacted Dimo and the company about buying my awning he was always available to answer any questions I had concerning the sale. Always very pleasant and kept in contact with the information i requested. I would recommend Stand -Art Caravans for anyone selling.

Dimo answered a message I left one his phone. Asked for photos of the awning I wanted to sell and made arrangements to look at it and pick it up within a few days. He also took some other bits we had no use for and gave us a fair price for quite an old awning. Would highly recommend.

Very prompt responses to all my questions, and above all, a very high quality product. If measured corectly, the cover fits a lot o sizes and shapes due to a few settings in key points. Material seems durable, stitching also, but this remains to be proven this winter.

Great service from Dimo. Gave me an initial estimated valuation of my awning based on my photos and descriptions. He arranged for collection. It did take a while to get it checked over once he received the awning. But Dimo was true to his word and payed me the top end of his valuation. Very happy customer 😊

We sold our Fiamma privacy room to stand-Art caravans and were really pleased with the process. I phoned them, sent a couple of photos through to them and they agreed to come and view it at our house. The gentleman arrived on time, was very polite, inspected the room and we agreed a price. Payment was made by bank transfer before he left.
