Eran was our driver on our 8 day trip to Sri Lanka. He drives in a very safe and careful way as we travelled through the island He was always on time and sometimes even before time. I also appreciate the suggestions on where to eat and what to see that he provided during our trip. I am also very grateful for the information he provided on how to get a refund on our train tickets after the train was cancelled due to track damage. He even called the train station and found out where the refund would be processed. For those looking for a reliable and punctual driver, I would highly recommend Eran.

We spent about five days around Sri Lanka with our driver Umesh, who safely took us to all our chosen locations and suggested us beautiful local experiences to do. He was very kind and super knowledgeable, in each city/village that we visited, he told us about its story-place (and history).
The vehicle was comfortable, and our driver was also always available and helpful. We highly recommend to come for discovering this amazing country!

Nishan, our lovely drver, was very friendly, kind, generous, patient with us, managed to bring us to our crazy hotels that we booked (narrow and bumpy streets) and provided us with lots of ideas what we could do e.g. village tour, visit the cave temple, sea turtle hospital, elephant orphanage, etc.

At the first request the company reacted really quick and all other correspondence was clear and timely. Our driver Ashoka was a very good and knowledgeable driver. It has been truly great that he showed us around the incredible Sri Lanka for 2 weeks. He was always there when you needed him but gave us space when we needed it. We were incredibly lucky to have Saman with us (me & my 4 grown up children) for our 14-day journey around Sri Lanka’s Southern Province. From start to finish, he was outstanding - professional, reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely caring.

He was far more than a driver; he was a tour guide, problem-solver and guardian angel all in one. He anticipated our needs brilliantly, always knowing where to meet us at the end of excursions, providing water, sharing local insights, and making sure every day ran smoothly.

What really set him apart was how much he looked after us. On one evening when my son got lost in a tuk-tuk, he stayed on the phone giving directions to driver and then came to check he had made it back safely. He even arranged for my glasses to be fixed free of charge - something I’ll never forget.

He happily took photos and selfies for us, captured wonderful memories, and accommodated last-minute changes to our plans without hesitation. Spending Christmas and New Year with him felt easy and joyful - nothing was ever too much trouble.

Above all, he is a kind, trustworthy and thoughtful person who genuinely cares about his guests. We felt completely safe, supported and looked after throughout the trip.

We didn't know what to expect when we hired a driver for our Sri Lankan trip. What we didnt expect was Ranul, so much more than a driver.

Driving: Ranul was an excellent driver. He was always smartly dressed. Always on time, respectful and knowledgeable.
He helped with ideas we had, suggesting options we hadn't thought about.

Guide: He gave us local and Sri Lankan information as we drove. He took time while driving to let us take in the beautiful countryside. Gave us information about different food.

Minder: He looked after us! Stopped us from being pestered from street sellers. Made sure we were safe when crossing the busy roads, even reminding me to close my bag. In fact he looked after it for me.

Translator: He helped us so much from telling us what the menu said, or what people were asking us, or talking for us, to teaching us a few words.

So to summarise, Ranul made our holiday. We can't imagine our experience without him. Without a moments hesitation, we would recommend Ranul.

We don’t know how we would have ever come to know and love Sri Lanka, without our most wonderful guide and amazing driver, Charith. From the moment he met us on our arrival at the airport with his infectious smile, he made sure that every day of our twelve day tour of beautiful Sri Lanka, was memorable.

Nothing was too much trouble for Charith, from very early morning starts to visit wildlife parks, to late evening climbs to view amazing sunsets or detours to out of the way corners of the Sri Lankan countryside, we would never have otherwise experienced.

It was so easy to travel with Charith as he has a wonderful sense of humour, and is always happy to share a story. He is such a kind and compassionate man, and always thinking of us, what we might like, how we might feel, how he can make our trip more fun enjoyable.

Charith was a miracle worker. He conjured up train tickets when a booking we had made prior to our trip was declared invalid, due to a train cancellation resulting from damage during their recent cyclone, yet with his negotiating skills and charm soon had us on our way to Ella by rail. He also promised us we would see a leopard in Yala National Park. We thought it highly unlikely, but we did indeed see a leopard, high in a tree smiling down at us, before the end of our safari, with the help of his competent park guide on a wonderful day at Yala National Park.

My wife and I are part way through a 17 day trip with our driver Firnaz. We have had a good experience that has taken us to many areas of Sri Lanka. We had planned much of our trip ourselves but Firnaz was always available to fill in any gaps and recommend spots in the different areas. He arranged an excellent guide for us at Polonnaruwa, and we really liked the tea factory tour he took us too. It all felt very relaxed both when needed and when we were happy to do our own thing.

Also we’d like to mention Poojani, the agent with Digital Tourism with whom we had initial contact, was excellent. Always available with a quick reply and assistance prior to our arrival and checking in with us during our stay.

We were so happy to have Damith as our appointed driver/guide. He was super friendly, professional, reliable to a fault and an incredibly safe driver. We felt safe and cared for our entire trip. Booking was easy and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend.
