From initial enquiry and the support Navodya gave me through to our amazing driver Eranga our experience has been superb. Eranga was brilliant, all stresses of traveling around a country were removed, he introduced us to Sri Lankan food and had some top secret spots to visit.

Jayakody had been a wonderful driver and guide. He is very pleasent, calm and knowledgeable. He can tell you all about the Sri Lankan history, wildlife, nature and local foods. He has shown us several hidden gems, away from the crows. But most of all, he is great at reading situations and needs.
It has has felt very safe communicating with Digital Tourism and travelling with Jaya after the floods and we give him and the company, our best recommendations.

Iris was very responsive and helpful in planning our Sri Lanka itinerary and handling the hotel bookings. Communication was smooth throughout. That said, we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility with last-minute itinerary changes, as some locations were affected by floods and landslides due to Cyclone Ditwah.

We had a very good experience with our driver, Leon, during our 9-day trip. He was knowledgeable about the routes, drove safely, and proactively monitored road and weather conditions to ensure we travelled only on safe roads. Leon was helpful and took great care of us on our trip.

Overall, a good experience and reliable option.

We rented a van to tour for 12 days, and the whole experience with the Digital Tourism Staff and driver Eranga was wonderful!

Our family of 5 are currently in the middle of a 19 day trip around Sri Lanka. Organising our trip with Digital Tourism was very easy with prompt communication.
Our driver Krishan, has been absolutely amazing. So polite, courteous, always a smile and a laugh. He is punctual, knowledgeable and has organised so many wonderful experiences for us, and made great suggestions for meals out etc. He is very flexible if we decide to change up our itinerary, and we all feel very safe with him. The trip with Haresh Jayamanne was excellent. In just four days, we managed to visit Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy, Ella, Galle, and Yala National Park in a great atmosphere. The driver was punctual, helpful, and caring. He also knew the island very well and gave me great advice regarding the details of the itinerary.

Our tourist advisor Mr. Sandun, was very helpful and understanding in the entire tour..he guided us well to see the tourist spots. He is cooperative and wish him all the best for his future

The communication with Digital Tourism was easy and straightforward. Everything worked as planned. They also kept staying in contact with us during the trip and offered assistance.
Our driver/guide Ranul was very polite, reliable and always made us feel safe. He was always on time when we decided on a time to meet and very flexible regarding our wishes for spontaneous trips. In addition to driving us safely to the spots we wanted to visit, he kindly also helped us with tips for the region (e.g. restaurants, Safari etc.). During the cyclone Ditwah situation he continued to take care of us even though there was no internet communication possible. He even walked to our location by foot to be able to look after us - which we definitely did not expect in that situation. His driving was always great even if road conditions have been really challenging. He always took care of us and made us feel safe. He also helped with the interaction with locals in situations foreigners are not used to (e.g. temple visits). Overall, Ranul was the best driver/guide we could hope for and he did everything so we can have a nice trip.

Outstanding 10-Day Tour Experience with Digital Tourism Sri Lanka!

I own a travel agency and I organized a 10-day tour with Digital Tourism Sri Lanka for my own group, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every service promised in the contract was delivered perfectly, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip.

We had such an amazing time in Sri Lanka thanks to our amazing driver Pubudu. We were travelling with our 22 months old daughter and he went out of his way to make sure our daughter enjoy the trip. Loved every place we went. We definitely didn’t need google- we have pubudu which knew everything about the beautiful country of Sri Lanka. We have now a friend, and we will definitely contact him if will need a driver. Thank you pubudu, best driver ever!!!

Our guide Sachin was fantastic! From the moment we were greeted at the airport, he was friendly and became a core part of our tour. He was great with all members of the group. Even helped us send postcards when we ran out of time!

Krishan is amazing. I feel very safe with him. I’m here during a horrible cyclone and he was always making sure that I’m safe! We were stuck in Kandy and he found a good Hotel with electricity and Internet. He checked in with me regularly if everything is ok and was always very helpful. I’m very grateful to have him at my side. He helps me with everything what I need and puts every effort in
to make my trip to an unforgettable one!
