Over several years our main contact with SPW has been with our financial adviser and her team and we are extremely content with the first class service we receive.
In determining our investment portfolio structure, SPW took time (and patience), to analyse our immediate and long-term needs etc and following discussions, we have an investments plan in place which is well-matched to our requirements.
What is very impressive is that when we have any on-line reviews with our adviser she is always well 'clued -up' and all matters are handled in a professional and confident manner.

As an aside, I am aware that Lloyds & SPW are joining forces.

No pressure with SPW
SPW was introduced to me through LLoyds Bank. I was initially cautious about discussing my finances with a new third party. However, the advisor set out options clearly and with no pressure. The weight of responsibility is now theirs, not mine and, judging by early returns, I made the right investment decisions.
