Recently contacted Schroders Personal Wealth.
Had two friendly discussions to see if SPW could be of use to me.
All was friendly UNTIL I decided that it was not for me. I sent a very nice email to the "agent" explaining that I had decided not to go ahead with the fund transfer.
NOT a reply of any sort. Sent another email asking if he had received my first email. Still no response.
What people are this company employing.
It's a simple case of if not coming to our company we ignore you without a care.
Really unhappy with this company.....
